Chapter Thirty three :Become his illegally

When I woke the next morning I felt drained. I rang for my maid Mabel and told her to get me some fresh food from the kitchen which she did. As she left Jennet took care of my bath. I was completely numb all through I can't believe he actually feels nothing special for me.

I clutched on the hem of my towel as I came out of the bath. I was so unsure of what to wear for the day, searching for a cloth was the last thing on my mind now.

"Are you looking for a dress" Ive asked me with a puzzled expression

I sat helplessly on my dresser, smiling weakly at her "Yes I am. Can you please search for something comfortable for me to wear?"

"Of course I can. Let me, I can't remember when last you asked for my help in your choice of cloth." She searched through my closet happily "Would you love to wear a gown. Does it look comfortable enough?"

"Yes it does. I wouldn't be doing much today" I have already asked Hannah and Randell to be in charge of the training today. And lord Andrew wouldn't be chanced to train with me today. Ever since he took lord Allen's place and the god's adviser he been a lot busy himself. I didn't even know of his promotion, it was Dmitri that told me in the library when he gave me the knife.

"Okay then, this look perfect for you today" she brought out a sleeveless red gown that would stop about my knees and wasn't too skimpy

"Thanks Ive" I decided to go with what she has chosen for me, underneath I wore my gather belt with my knives in the space provided.

There was a light knock on my door "Ive check out who's there"

"Mabel ma'am"

Oh! the fruits

"Let her in" Mable came in with fine combination of fruits already cut in fine little pieces on a plate "Place them outside beside my chair"

"Alright ma'am" she did as she was told, going into my balcony dropping the fruits on the table beside my chair. Then came back inside my room,standing beside my dresser "Well ma'am Alpha reddick requested for you, and told me to let you know that you both would go touring in the market that's if you mind"

I couldn't say no to that.

"You can let him know I would love that. He should give me thirty minutes.

"As you wish ma" she curtsied and left with Ive.

I sat out in my balcony and I
ate on the fresh pineapple, it did really good to my taste buds. Why I looked out at the beautiful landscape before me I started thinking about him again. To sulk in my room was so unlike me and unproductive, I know I have been pushed into a world where I can't control my feelings.

"It would be a great honour Alpha. I would look forward to hear that from you"

He nodded his head then took my hands into his "You see this" he pointed to the pond that contained silvery liquid that poured directly from the ground into the air.

"Yes?"

"When I was little whenever I have any pain I come here. And it always heals me from my pain"
