I woke up, finally from my long sleep.
Only a few people were outside my hospital door, now.
They were all asleep when I woke up, but when I looked near me, I saw multiple flowers, balloons and a couple cards at my feet.
I also saw Sergeant outside of my room, on the phone.
But in the corner, I saw Reynolds, Walters, and Angel.
I decided to adjust myself, because I was uncomfortable, And I saw my friend's eyes and bodies shoot up like rockets in the night sky.
"Oh, so you guys actually came.... How much did I miss?", I asked them
"Oh, not much, EXCEPT THAT YOU KIND OF DECIDED TO GO INTO A COMA FOR THREE DAYS!", Walters yelled at me, giving me a smack upside my head, before a chaotic neutral storming out of the room.
So. It was three days, huh?
I guess that makes sense, seeing as I had been knocked out a couple of times, and I guess I could give myself a rough estimate of around 2-6 hours of doing things, while that leaves about 66 hours.... So I could leave myself around 30 hours of sleeping.... So that leave 36 hours left.
"William.... William!", Reynolds yelled at me.
But what was I doing for those 36 hours....
"Will!", Angel yelled.
What could I have been doing... Definitely not partying with the Confederacy.... but I guess there's probably some ability of what the members of the Confederacy have.
"Rose! Boy!", the Sergeant yelled at me
Suddenly, I lost my train of thought.
"Huh?! Oh, yeah.", I said, still somewhat mentally intact.
"We've been trying to talk to you, but you haven't responded. You lost in thought or something?", Angel asked me
"Yeah, you could say that....", I said, holding my head up, with a brief flashback of what just happened.
"So? How are you feeling?", Reynolds asked.
"Well... I can't really describe it... It's like I can't really think.", I said
"But you're talking to us, right?", Angel asked me.
Reynolds pointed towards the Sergeant, walking back towards the room "So who's this guy?"
"Sergeant Stevenson, 2nd in command of the Secret service." A smile crossed his face. "Good to know you're up, kid."
Walters walked back into the room, holding a bag of m&m's while eating a Hershey's chocolate bar.
I looked towards him, "Hey, you going to sha-"
The bag of M&M's then left his hand, and hit my face.
"HEY YOU TRYING TO PICK A FIGHT, WALTERS?!"
"WHATCHA TALKING ABOUT, HOSPITAL BED? YOU COULDN'T FIGHT ME, EVEN IF YOU WEREN'T IN THIS GETUP, I BETCHU COULDN'T WIN A FIGHT AGAINST ME, NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRIED!", Walters yelled at me.
"FINE THEN! LET'S SETTLE THIS!"
We continued this insulting battle for a while, but I heard Angel, Conchobara, and the Sergeant talking.
"Do they always do things like this?", Sergeant asked.
Both Reynolds and Angel took a deep sigh.
"Always", they said.
Our fight ended with me eating the M&M's and then a few days later I was finally released from the hospital, but not after a conversation with the Sergeant.
When I was walking out, near the exit, I saw a very familiar agent, with some shades.
Dammit. I thought I could at least get out of this hospital, without having to have another confrontation with this dude.
"Well, hello Sergeant.", I greeted the Sergeant.
"And a hello to you too, Mr. Rose. Interesting seeing you here.", he said to me
"Well duh, i'm walking out of the hospital. What'd you expect?", I told him.
"I just hadn't expected you here.", he said, somewhat "surprised", he told me
Yes you did, you calculating bastard. Now what do you want?, I thought.
"But now that I have you here, young man, I have one last request: Try to stay out of trouble, when you can. I'd rather not shoot you because of treason and conspiracy.", he told me.
"Yeah, yeah. I'll try not to. But what do I do if the Confederacy and I have another confrontation?", I asked him, with a big of work.
"We'll worry about that problem when it arises", he told me, with a smirk of confidence.
You freakin' better. I don't feel like worrying people or dying' for a while. I got people who care about me, dammit. I don't know about you, but, I like my life.
"Whatever you say", I said, waving bye and leaving the hospital...
And so, life begun to wind down....
I heard less of the reports on what happened that day less and less....
And maybe this is the end of my journey.....
Or just the beginning....
Because My name is William A. Rose.
And this is my journey.
A journey through many things.
Emotional tragedy, school problems, friendship problems, betrayal, and even death.
But this is still my journey.

Average day no longer, huh?

So, anyway, I've been rereading and placing notes into my chapters, and maybe editing them, But to my faithful readers: What questions or concerns about this book do you have?
I'd thought about it a bit, and realized: Hey, I should probably clear some things up before I continue into the real story of this kid.
So, shoot me an email if you have any questions, or ask in the comments
(hah, you actually thought that I was going to give out my email.
(I'm not that dumb.)
