"He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much" (Luke 16:10 KJV). Be FAITHFUL in the little things, so you can be FAITHFUL in greater things!
If one is faithful in little things, then they will be faithful in great things. If one is dishonest in the little things, then you won't be honest with greater responsibilities.
