I woke up to something huge and crazy. I was gonna perform on stage for the first time and this is the best day ever. As a kid, I was always scared to sing in front of people so my mom made me make a Youtube Channel so I could make song covers to conquer my fears and it was actually working for me to sing and now I think I'm ready to perform and to show my face live in front of people. I'm gonna perform my first song "Here." Lots of people were gonna be there but this show was for free because it's my first time performing in front of people. I was really excited about this. I usually make my covers in my closet or in my bathroom but these covers have made me go far and I can't thank my parents enough for always believing in me and including my fans too. Tonight was gonna be a great night but I'm gonna have to rehearse and do lots of fun things before the show. Let's see how tonight's show would be like.
I got changed and texted Shawn saying this: Guess what? :) Shawn: What? Alessia: I'm gonna perform for the first time. Shawn: Wow that sounds cool. Alessia: I know, it's gonna be awesome. Shawn: Well good luck tonight. Alessia: Thanks :) Shawn: No problem ;)
I got off my phone and headed downstairs. I rehearsed for a couple of hours and then took a rest. The rehearsal was really quick so I got into my changing room to fix my hair since it was a little messed up. I didnt put any makeup on because this was my first time performing and I wanted to look casual. Looking casual is always what I do.
Later at 8:30pm, there was a huge crowd. First, I had an interview and I was on Ellen for the first time too so that was also exciting.
Ellen: "Hey Alessia, how are u?"
Alessia: "Hey, I'm good how are u?"
Ellen: "I'm great, we are really excited to see u perform tonight and so is everyone else."
Alessia: "I'm excited too, I'm a little nervous but I cant wait to perform. Performing here for the first time was such a great opportunity. Thank u for having me here."
Ellen: "So you've been making song covers, right?"
Alessia: "I have, and I have recently just recorded two of my songs."
Ellen: "Wow well I cant wait to hear one of them."
Alessia: "Yea its gonna be amazing, my full album will be released on November 13th."
Ellen: "Wow, really exciting. Well, good luck tonight."
Alessia: "Oh thank u so much."
The audience started cheering and the music of my song started playing. I stood in front of the microphone and started singing.
When I was done, I started smiling.
Alessia: "THANK U GUYS!!! I LOVE U ALL SO MUCH!!"
The audience cheered even louder. It felt amazing performing today for Ellen. Me and Ellen talked for a bit and then I left the stage. I arrived home and lied down on my bed. I uploaded my video of my performance on YouTube and lots of people watched. I have 7,990 people following me so far. I posted the video on Instagram saying this: Thank u Ellen DeGeneres for having me tonight!! :) My video got 991 views and 76 comments.
Shawn commented below saying this: Wow your song is good!! I replied back to Shawn saying this: Thank u sweet guy :) I got off my phone and got ready for bed.
