Performing At The Raptors

Today I got to do something amazing. Tonight I was going to perform for the Raptors this year. I was going to sing the national anthem and I was excited. Even Shawn was excited for me too and so was Carter cause he loved hearing me sing. I got changed and left to rehearse before everyone got there. The rehearsal was pretty fun. I came with my mom and my friend Olivia and obviously Shawn and Carter as I already mentioned before. 

After the rehearsals, I got changed. I wore my raptors which was red and white with my last name on the back. And I wore baby blue jeans and I wore a black jacket with my shirt. I curled my hair and I did my makeup. I was gonna go to perform in an hour so I had time to talk with Liv. Shawn and Carter were sitting with the crowd. There were also a few celebrity guests there too like Drake. Before the game started, I went to perform. And singing the national anthem was one of the best opportunities for me. And I'm so grateful for it. When I was done, I sat with Shawn in the crowd to watch the game.

Shawn: "You were incredible."

Alessia: (smiles) "Aww thank u so much."

Shawn: "Oh no problem and u look so beautiful."

Alessia: "Awwww thank u so much, you're so sweet."

Shawn: "Oh you're welcome."

The game was pretty fun and amazing. But before the game ended, I started to feel a little sick in my stomach. I didn't know what was wrong and I started to feel a little upset.

Shawn: "Alessia, are u ok??"

Alessia: "I-I need to go to the washroom...now."

Shawn: "Carter come on."

We headed to the washroom but Shawn waited for me in the hall with Carter. I went in the washroom and looked down at the toilet. I felt like I was gonna vomit and within just 5 seconds, I vomited. I finished vomiting and I came out. I took deep breaths and I started to feel a little tired. I came out of the washroom and met up with Shawn.

Shawn: "Are u okay?"

Alessia: (sighs) "Yea...I'm fine."

Shawn: "No ur not, u don't look okay."

Alessia: "I'm fine, don't worry..I just had a little stomach ache."

Shawn looked at me cause he knew that I wasn't okay. He knew that something was wrong and that I didn't want to tell him. He didn't like seeing me sick and not telling him what the symptoms were.

After the game, we headed home and Carter fell asleep so Shawn placed him in his bed.

Shawn: "Ok Alessia, you've been acting strange and during the game, you vomited. Please tell me what's going on. I don't like seeing u sick."

Alessia: (sighs) "I'll be right back.."

Shawn: (sighs)

I went to the washroom and closed the door. I couldn't just throw up for no reason if I'm not sick but I think there might be a reason why. I took out my pregnancy test wand. I took a deep breath because I was having anxiety but I know that it will be fine because I took the test before when I was going to have Carter and I shouldn't be nervous about it. I took the test and it had two lines on it. Two lines meant that it was positive. Omg I was pregnant again. This is amazing but now I am not so sure of how to say it to Shawn cause he's curious to know what was wrong.

I smiled and took a photo of the pregnancy test results and showed to Olivia and I messaged her saying this: I'm pregnant again!!😆 she saw my message and she replied back saying this: Omg Ale!! I'm so happy for you!! Carter will be an amazing brother!! I replied back saying this: Thank u so much!!

I got out of the washroom and Shawn saw me walking up to him.

Shawn: "Did u throw up again??"

Alessia: "Nope."

Shawn: (smiles) "Then why are u smiling."

I bought out the wand and showed Shawn the results and when he saw it, he was shocked and he smiled even more.

Shawn: "So it's official?!"

Alessia: "Yes!!! I'm pregnant!!"

Shawn: "Omg!!"

Me and Shawn gave each other a hug happily.

Alessia: "Omg I wish we could tell Carter but he's sleeping right now haha."

Shawn: (smiles) "Yea we'll tell him tomorrow."

Alessia: (smiles) "Okay."

Shawn: "Wow another child? I wonder what gender this child is going to be."

Alessia: "Me too."

Shawn: "If it's a girl, she would be beautiful just like you."

Alessia: (smiles). "Aww of course she will be, I'm so excited about this child."

Shawn: "Aw so am I, but what if we had another boy?"

Alessia: "Then that would be fine but I am hoping for a girl this time."

Shawn: "Yea me too, I'm okay with everything that my beautiful girl wants."

Alessia: "Awww I love you."

Shawn: "I love u too."

We kissed twice.

Shawn: "Let's go to bed now, I'm tired."

Alessia: "Yeah so am I."

We went upstairs to bed and I was excited to tell Carter that his brother/sister is going to arrive. I could tell that he's going to be really excited about it. This pregnancy will go smoothly and the child will be    so sweet as long as I have Shawn and Carter by my side. I love my family so much.
