"Are you okay?" Marinette looked at Cat Noir weird. "You seem... Unsatisfied with my answer?"

She was really confused. Did Cat Noir want her to like someone else? But that wouldn't make any sense.

Cat Noir seem to return back to reality. "Oh, nothing. I'm not unsatisfied with your answer. I'm just surprised."

"Why? Did you think I liked someone else?" Marinette asked, still confused at how Cat Noir was behaving.

"No, no... I mean... I gotta go." Cat Noir walked up to window, but Marinette stopped him.

"You don't look okay. Did I say something wrong?" She looked worried. "I don't want you to be mad at me."

"I'm not. Like I said, I'm just surprised." Cat Noir repeated as he opened the window. "Plus, I really do have to go. Um, have to do something."

Marinette watched as he flew off, then she fell down on her bed and held her pillow tightly.

Did I really do anything wrong?

Tikki, who had been watching the whole thing from her hiding spot shook her head.

Of course she knew why Cat Noir was so upset and sad. He expected Marinette to like Adrien as well.

But Tikki didn't really blame Marinette. After all the dense girl didn't know a thing. Cat Noir should have at least given her a clue.

She sighed, thinking this was harder than she had thought. But hey, at least they kissed, right? At least they told each other their feelings, and Marichat could sail peacefully.

At least she hoped.

"Hey Marinette," Adrien waved at the blunette girl that walked inside class, late. At first he didn't exactly know why he did that, and didn't expect Marinette to answer him.

She did. She waved back with a small smile and greeted him back with a good morning.

Even with the bad feeling inside of him, he was glad she wasn't ignoring him anymore.

At least I got to kiss her. That's good right? And since she gave me an answer, at least now I'm glad I didn't make a fool of myself and went and confessed as Adrien. She would have rejected me, leaving me with a shattered heart.

So I'm glad that this happened. If she doesn't like me as Adrien, she still likes me as Cat Noir, which is good, seeing that she at least likes that other side of me.

Adrien pushed his thoughts away and focused on what the teacher was talking about.

After school, Adrien took his time to gather all his books, stuff them in his bag and exit the classroom.

"Adrien, are you okay?" He jumped at a certain girl's voice.

"Yeah, I'm fine Marinette. Thanks for asking." Right there, when he looked at her, he suddenly felt embarrassed. Embarrassed for asking her if she liked another boy.

"Okay, um, I'll see you later." Marinette walked past him to the locker room.

"Yeah, see you later." He mumbled. Except through Cat Noir, it felt like he wasn't seeing Marinette that often now. It was either she was still kinda avoiding him, he was too embarrassed to talk to her, or the both of them didn't feel like talking to each other.

Marinette started walking out of the school with Alya, both of them talking about stuff they were going to do.

Adrien sighed and exited the school as well.

"Alya, could we maybe do this later," He heard Marinette and Alya talking. Alya and Marinette hadn't really walked that far.

"Sure, why though?" Alya asked as she clutched onto her bag.

"I got something to do. I'll see you later, yeah?" Marinette started turning to leave. Alya waved back as she took off.

Almost near to his mansion, Adrien spotted a certain hero jumping around buildings. Ladybug stopped when she saw him and landed right in front of him.

"Hey," He waved.

"Hi." She waved back as she walked closer to him. "Are you feeling okay? My friend, Marinette, told me you weren't really feeling all that fine."

He then remembered Marinette telling him that she and Ladybug always hanged out together.

"You and Marinette... Close, huh?"

"Y-yeah," Ladybug nodded. "So, are you feeling okay?"

"I'm fine, don't worry about it." Why has everyone been asking him if he was okay? Did his face look like he wasn't okay? "Just some few family problems, but I'm fine."

At first Ladybug didn't look like she believed him, but she nodded with a smile and threw her yoyo, her yoyo flying her off.

He felt his heart flutter and his eyes went wide.

No, it couldn't be... Could it?

Could it he that he was starting to develop more feelings for Ladybug?
