"Stop right there, Mari-trash!"

Marinette quickly knew the voice and rolled her eyes. But she turned around to face Chloe.

"I..." Chloe walked up to her. It was like she was lost for words. "I... YOU BETTER TREAT ADRIEN GOOD!" And she took off, just like that.

Marinette frowned, but shrugged. She was going to treat Adrien good, after all what else was she supposed to do with Chat Noir.

Marinette, stop it! Don't think about him! Hire already a cheater, no need to become more than that. Geez...

"-nette. Marinette."

Marinette looked up to see who was calling her. "Hey Adrien." I was just thinking about you and what gift to give to you.

"Hey, em... Can I talk to you?"

"You already are." Marinette chuckled when she saw Adrien's face. "Just kidding. What is it?"

Adrien started leading her to somewhere else private. "Well, you know when we started dating?"

Marinette nodded. "Yeah." Is he going to tell me it was a mistake? Is he going to tell me that he was only dating me just to make another girl jealous. What does he want to tell me?!

"I kinda didn't tell my father about us," He looked down to see if Marinette's face had changed. It unbelievably stayed the same, waiting for him to continue. "And then today I did."

Oh no! What if his father doesn't accept me? What if he knows that I cheated on him? What if he forces for us to break up?!

"But I don't exactly tell him that it was you, Marinette," Adrien continued. "And now he thinks I'm dating Chloe."

Marinette shifted uncomfortably. "Oh really?" She choked out. Sure, this was better than having the two of them break up, but Chloe? Why?

"He said I could bring my girlfriend to dinner after school," Adrien gulped. "I'm so sorry, Marinette. But if you can come with me to the dinner and see that he's wrong, that would he great."

"Definitely!" She exclaimed almost too quickly. "I don't want your father to think you're dating another girl, so I'll come to prove him wrong."

"Thanks." Adrien pecked her lips before walking away, Marinette melting and wishing there was more.

Oh, I'm so nervous.

Marinette gulped as she trembled. Adrien walked with her to the mansion and the both of turn walked up the stairs.

What if Gabriel chooses Chloe over me? Maybe because Chloe is richer.

Adrien rang the door bell and almost immediately, there was some camera. A voice came out.

"It's Adrien. Let him in. Looks like he has his girlfriend with him."

Marinette gulped again as the door opened wide. Adrien took her hand and led her inside.

He looked at her and squeezed her hand a little. "Don't worry, it's going to end up okay."

Marinette nodded. She then looked up when she heard footsteps coming down the stairs. Looking up, she could see Gabriel Agreste.

He frowned when he saw Marinette, and she couldn't tell if that was a good thing or not.

"Marinette Dupain-Cheng. I'm quite surprised to see you with Adrien," He spoke as he walked up to her.

Marinette could do nothing but nod. Adrien noticed this and turned to his father.

"Yes, Marinette was actually the girl I was talking about, not Chloe." He cleared his throat as both of turn waited to hear what his father was going to say.

"Well then, I'm quite glad that it was you, Marinette." Marinette looked surprised as Gabriel placed his hand on her shoulder. "Of course it wasn't going to he Chloe. I know Adrien doesn't have feelings for her."

Both Marinette and Adrien smiled at each other.

"Alright then, please get ready for the dinner. You can go upstairs with Adrien. Nathalie will come and tell you when dinner is ready."

Marinette nodded again and followed Adrien. She was trying so hard not to start jumping up and down in complete joy.

"I need the bathroom. I'll he jack. Just wait in my room, okay?" Adrien headed to the bathroom once Marinette nodded.

As soon as he was gone, Marinette decided to look around the room. He had some books, a piano. Wow, he sure had a big room.

But then something else caught her eyes. She walked up to the top shelve, ask there, laying there, was a Ladybug doll.

She picked up a note that was right next to it, and even though she shouldn't have, she read it.

A truly amazing, brave and lovely girl. So hard not to fall in love with her.

Marinette gasped.
