As they rode to the hospital, Marinette was deep in thought.

This is going to go great, right? He's going to be glad that I'm Ladybug, right?

"Hey Marinette, are you okay?" Adrien placed his hand on hers with a smile.

"Yeah, yeah. I was just thinking about something," Marinette laughed quietly. "How far are we from the hospital?" She decided to change the subject.

Gorilla didn't answer her, or speak... At all. But it didn't matter anyway, Gorilla hardly talked. Well, never talked.

Adrien shrugged. "We're almost there." He had a feeling he knew what Marinette was thinking about. What if she was really mad that he was Chat Noir, and had made her feel so torn over the last few weeks?

He sighed, and decided not to think much into it. Marinette would tell him what was on her mind, right? She would tell him if she was really angry or not. He didn't expect her to forgive him so easily anyway.

Finally they got to the hospital and filed out of the limo. Adrien turned to Gorilla.

"Come back to pick us up in thirty minutes," He ordered and Gorilla nodded his head, before driving off.

"Well then." Adrien heaved a huge sigh and took her hand, before they both made their way inside the hospital.

Why am I even here? Do I care about Lila? Well, since I'm Ladybug, I guess I should care about every person in Paris.

Marinette sighed as Adrien talked with the lady. Finally they got the room number and started walking to the room Lila was in.

They walked in silence. To Marinette, it was very awkward and she didn't know what to say. For Adrien, he was waiting for Marinette to say something, but wasn't bothered by the silence.

They got to the room and got inside. Lila was placed on a bed (duh, she wasn't placed on a toilet), and she had her eyes shut. Her parents were sitting on chairs, while Alya and Nino stood standing on the other side.

"I was the one who called the ambulance when I saw Lila get in that accident," Alya raised her hand. "I yelled for her to stop walking, but it was too late. I called Nino after that."

Marinette and Adrien nodded.

I mean, we didn't ask, but okay~

Again, silence. It lasted for about 30 minutes before Alya said she was going home. Nino ran after her to walk her home.

Finally Lila's mom looked up at them. "Adrien, is it?" Adrien nodded. "Ah, Lila had told me all about you. I'm glad you're relationship is going well. You must feel very devastated because this happened."

"I'm sorry, what?" Adrien and Marinett frowned.

"Well, Lila told us that you were her boyfriend. You are, am I not correct?"

"No! You are incorrect!" Adrien exclaimed. "How can Lila go and say this? There nothing going on between me and her."

"So, who is this lady next to you?"

Adrien turned to Marinette. "My real girlfriend!"

"Oh." Lila's mom and dad looked at each other. "Well, you too look very happy with each other. I can't believe that Lila would lie. I don't understand."

"She obviously just wants what isn't hers," Marinette muttered, making sure no one but Adrien heard her.

"Adrien," Marinette grabbed his arm. "I've decided. I need to talk to you about something!"

"Oh, what is it?"

"Let's go talk somewhere else," Marinette smiled at the parents before pulling Adrien away.

"What is it, Marinette?"

"Ah, I have something very important to say," Marinette gulped. "You must listen very carefully!"

Adrien nodded. "Okay."

"I just wanted to tell you... I am-"
