"Hey, are you feeling okay?"

Adrien gulped when he heard the voice. Turning around from where he was sitting, he saw Ladybug.

In fact, was it him, or did her voice sound familiar to someone else he knew? And why did it look like Ladybug was showing up around him more often?

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just wanted to be alone, and not want to worry about anything."

"Oh, then I'm sorry." Ladybug turned around to leave, but Adrien stopped her before she could.

"Wait, don't go!" He couldn't believe the words that fell out of his mouth. "After all, I wouldn't mind a little company."

Ladybug smiled and went to sit right next to him.

"It's rare to see you around when there's no akumatized villain," He decided to say. Well, except when we do patrol.

"Yeah, I guess I wanted to come out as well," Ladybug shrugged.

Adrien took his time to stare at her. She did look like someone, someone awfully so familiar.

"Why are you staring?" Ladybug turned back to him. Her smile then got wiped away when she remembered Adrien rejecting her.

"I... Nothing," Adrien gulped, but decided to say it anyway. "I just though you looked kinda familiar to someone."

"Oh, like who?" Ladybug asked, even when she knew she shouldn't have. After all it would just encourage Adrien to try and guess who she was.

"I... Well..." Marinette, that's who you look like.

But what if I'm wrong anyway? Or I could be right...

Nah! There's Jo way Marinette could be Ladybug, or else then she would try to ignore me because I rejected her.

"Never mind," He finally said. "You just look like someone, that's it."

In her position, Ladybug was freaking out but didn't show it. There was a possibility that Adrien actually knew who she was, even though she secretly hoped he didn't. If Adrien found out it was her she rejected, he wouldn't want to go out with her anymore. And she actually enjoyed those dates.

She stood up, fearing that if she stayed longer, he was bound to stare at her more and figure it out.

"You're leaving?"

"Yeah, sorry." She really did feel sorry. She wanted to stay much more longer, but she knew it was risky. After all when ever Chat came over, he never stayed for that long. And if he did, he always left when she had fallen asleep.

Wait, why did she even have to think about Chat at this moment?!

"Oh yeah," Adrien mumbled. "If you stay, your time will run out." He completely understood it, after all that's the excuse he had when he had to leave Marinette.

Huh, why was he suddenly thinking about Marinette?

Maybe I actually do like Marinette more than Ladybug. And maybe it's a good thing I rejected Ladybug, so there's a chance I can be with Marinette.

"I'll be going then." He stood up and dusted dust off his pants, before waving and walking away.

Speaking of Marinette, maybe i should pay her a visit. As Adrien.

He finally decided on that, knowing how much his father was going to be mad that he missed a photoshoot and lunch.

Well, it wasn't like his father ever joined him for lunch, so he didn't care about that. Besides, he could just eat at Marinette's. They had way better food, and actually ate like a family.

"Adrien, welcome," Sabine welcomed him in the bakery.

"Is Marinette home?"

"She should be," Sabine nodded.

Adrien made his way to Marinette's room.

Due to the fact that Ladybug was faster, with her yoyo and jumping from one building to another; if he had walked inside her room a little earlier, he would have seen the girl de-transform.
