You were smiling like a madman. The date with Penny was amazing! And it wasn't quite over yet. It was around 4pm and you were currently being held by the clown, your back pressed against his chest. You were sitting in his lap, his gloved hands holding you tight. You loved the warmth that had built up from being this close, and it felt incredibly soft and comfy. He smelled like cotton candy and the faintest smell of blood. It was a nice mixture. His special smell. It calmed you and made you feel at home. After some time your eyes started to droop and you yawned, earing the clown's attention. "Oh, is my little candy cane tired?" He asked you in his fully recovered, confident voice and you nodded your head slowly as you smiled up at him sleepily. "I might be.." You trailed off and took a moment to appreciate the cute nickname. His names for you were always cute and unique. You loved them a lot. You hadn't even noticed since when he started calling you stuff. But you didn't complain. You didn't notice how your eyes closed completely and you drifted off to sleep with your thoughts. Penny stroked your hair as you laid there cuddled up in his arms.

You woke up in a field. It was surrounded by tall trees, it's shadows looming over part of the grass. You got up confused as to where you were and looked around. You had no clue, but weren't scared or nervous for some reason. This time, you knew it was a dream. You walked along the knee high grass and passed a few colorful flowers. You grazed your hand along the top of them and smiled. A nice dream for once. You felt calm and welcome here. Was it because you were being held by the clown? You blushed slightly as you saw a tree a few miles in front of you. It had vibrant green leaves on its branches and the color mixed perfectly with the flowers around its trunk. You made your way over and stopped before it. At the foot of it, a woman was sitting surrounded by flowers. She was enjoying the nice breeze and the scent around her. As she noticed your presence she looked up at you and your eyes widened. It was the same woman as in your other dreams. Her dark brown hair swayed in the breeze and her yellow eyes seemed to reflect the sun. She gave you a soft smiled and patted the spot beside her. You obediently sat down next to her and she leaned her head against the tree. "Do you remember me?" She asked, her voice warm and soft. You furrowed your brows and after a quick side glance she sighed. "I guess not. Well then. Let's start over." She day up straight and turned to you. She gave you a contagious smile and spoke. "It's nice to see you again darling. I've missed you." Ou blinked and your smile dropped. Her voice sounded so familiar. Why couldn't you remember? "Uh..." You didn't know how to respond so you just stared into her sunny eyes. She chuckled. "If it's not coming back yet, it means it's not the time to remember. It'll come to you in time." Suddenly her smile dropped and she looked at the ground. "Even if those times should stay forgotten." You we're confused. What did she mean? Before you could speak up she continued. "Hopefully you'll remember next time we meet. I'll wait until then." She said and stood up. You hurried to get up, but as you did she was nowhere to be seen. "Where did she go?" You asked yourself and suddenly noticed small petals falling all around you. You backed away and looked back up at the tree. It's leaves had blossomed into beautiful flower petals, now decorating the once green tree top. It put a smile onto your cheeks and you felt yourself slowly be pulled out of this dream world.

You woke up in someone's arms. You looked up and hit your forehead on Penny's chin. "Is my little pumpkin awake?" He asked and you could feel the rumble of his voice through his chest. It felt comforting. "Hmm" You answered and he gave you a chuckle. "It's morning. Wanna go out of the sewers a bit? There's not really much to do here." He said and you nodded. You slowly got up, sighing as the warmth disappeared and the humid air of the sewers hit you. You stretched and turned to Penny. He gave you a soft choke and without hesitation grabbed a hold of your hand. You entwined your fingers and walked towards the exit. You almost skipped out of happiness. Everything was going so well for once in your life. And it made you feel special. As you walked out you looked around and took in the fresh morning air. As you were about to turn to the clown, a little piece of paper caught your attention. It was laying on the floor next to the river. As you walked over to it, the wind picked it up and was about to carry it over the lake but you grabbed it quickly. You held it in your hands and stared at it in wonder. Penny walked over to you wondering what you had found. He looked over your shoulder and started grinning. Just as you were. "A circus, Penny! A circus!!" You exclaimed excitedly and he chuckled. The last time he had seen the circus was 27 years ago. So it was coming back to town. He smiled wide as he asked you. "Do you want to go? It'll be lots of fun!" He said and you nodded, stars in your eyes. You've never been to one. Partially being that there was no circus in town and/or you just didn't go. Penny hugged you sideways and grabbed the paper.
