Fainting More Than Once

Still Sam POV:

I wake up sitting in the passenger side of the car. I turn and see Dean, Castiel and Gabriel standing on the left side of the car talking about something. What are they talking about? And why the hell did i pass out like that? "Why the hell would he just pass out like that Dean? What's wrong with him?"

"Nothing Gabriel. He's fine. He just passes out sometimes when he feels overwhelmed. Obviously he felt overwhelmed."

"Was it because of me? Did i do something?" Gabriel asks.

"No, he's just scared, okay? He's not used to people being there for him when he's in the hospital. It's always been just us."

"So, he's going to be okay?" Castiel says.

"Yeah, he's fine. Do you need a ride?"

"Yea, we left our car with our sister. She gave us a ride here. Do you mind taking us by the school? We can pick up our car and then we can go get something to eat since only Gabriel ate."

"Uhh- sure. Let me check with Sam." Dean turns around and bends over so he's at eye level with the window and can see me. I'm staring straight at him and he seems surprised. Then he smiled and motioned towards Castiel and Gabriel. I raise my eyebrow, roll my eyes and nod. "Okay, let's go." Dean says, turning around and standing up straight. Castiel and Gabriel get in and we drive back to the school. It's about three in the afternoon on a Thursday, so people are still going to be at the school. I hope nobody notices us. Once we get there Castiel and Gabriel get out and a girl comes up to them. "I wonder who that is." Dean says. Castiel hugs her and Dean looks away. He pulls his phone out and gets on some game he has. I do the same. A few minutes later Gabriel walks up to the passenger window and taps on it. "Hey, so what restaurant are we going to? My sister gave us some money just now so we're buying." he says with a smile once i roll down the window. I look over at Dean for an answer. "I'm not sure, we barely move here and we haven't been to any restaurants yet. Any recommendations?" he says. "Well there is this really good diner down the street from my house that i always go to. It's called Jo's Diner. We'll lead the way then." Gabriel says. Dean turns the car back on and we wait for Castiel and Gabriel to drive away so we can follow. "I saw the way you were looking at him Sam. I know you like him. And i'm pretty sure he likes you too. I think you should go for it." i look down and smile lightly, i know i'm blushing now for sure. "I don't personally like him but i can learn to deal with him for you." I look up at him and he smiles at me and puts the car into gear and starts following Castiel and Gabriel. We get to the diner and a lady seats us and takes our orders. Dean orders a bacon burger off of the specials list, Gabriel orders pancakes with strawberry syrup, Castiel orders a cheeseburger and Dean orders me a ceasar salad. I've just noticed the way we're sitting, me and Gabriel are sitting on the same side of the booth and Castiel and Dean are on the other side. I pull out my phone and start playing solitary. "That game's lame bro. This game is the shit. It's called Pub-g." Gabriel pulls his phone out of his pocket and shows me a game. He puts his arm around me and tries to teach me how to play. I look up at Dean and he moves his eyebrows up and down. Then he turns to Castiel and starts talking to him. Gabriel is still sitting with his arm around me when the food comes. "Oh yessss, finally. I'm starving." Gabriel says. "You already ate you fat ass." Castiel says. "Hey, i'm a growing boy Cas. I'm allowed to eat as much as i want." Gabriel says proudly. Castiel rolls his eyes and they all start eating. I just look at my food and push the plate to the middle of the table. "Sam, eat." Dean says. I shake my head and i can feel Gabriel staring at me. I look out the window and i can still feel him staring at me. "Hey, how come you don't wanna eat? Is it 'cause it's salad? You can order whatever you want." Gabriel says. I shake my head once again and start messing with the seams on my jeans. I get my phone off of the table and type 'i'm just not hungry' and show it to Gabriel. "Am i gonna have to feed you?" he says. I type 'i'm not a baby'. Gabriel reads it out loud and Dean says, "well your acting like one, now eat Sam." i shake my head again and i tap Gabriel on the shoulder and point to the bathroom and motion for him to move. He gets up and i head to the bathroom. Once i'm done i wash my hands and head for the door, when Gabriel walks in, surprising me. "Hey, how come you don't want to eat? And don't tell me your not hungry. I can tell you are. Your stomach has been growling since you woke up." i look down, not knowing what to say. I start fidgeting and he puts his hand on my shoulders. He moves his hand to my chin and moves my head up. "I can't help you if you don't let me." He moves his other hand down to my waist and moves closer to me. I don't know what i'm doing, this is dumb. I need to get away right now. I move away and head for the door. As soon as i'm out the door everything goes black once again.
