Don't Leave Me Alone (Destiel/Sabriel)

It's All Over Now

Noone POV:

Dean kicks the door down to see a naked, tied up Sam with a gun to his head. "Back away Dean or i'll shoot this little shit."

"Get away from him you son of a bitch!"

"Dean, he has a gun." Castiel whispers. "It's not loaded, I'm not dumb. I know how a gun looks when it's loaded." Dean whispers back. "Now, let's not be rash. You knew i would find you Dean. He knew it too." Azazel says with a smirk playing on his face. "You fucking touch him and i'll fucking kill you!"

"Ah well, you see Dean. I've already touched him. And my my was he good." He says licking his lips. Dean looks at his little brother who is still struggling against the ropes with pity and guilt. "Oh don't feel bad for him. He knew he had it coming."

"I hear the police" Castiel whispers in Dean's ear and Dean nods. "Go make sure Gabriel doesn't come up here. I don't want him to see Sam like this." He nods and runs back to where Gabriel is. "Have you found him?" Castiel nods. "Where is he? Is he okay?"

"We just need to stay here and wait for the paramedics and police. They're going to fry that bastard."

"Is Sammy okay Cas?" Castiel looks at his little brother and pulls him into a hug. "No Gabe, he's not. Something really bad has happened and we just need to wait for the paramedics." Soon enough they get there and Azazel is arrested for rape, attempted murder, and tons of other things in several states. "Are you Dean Winchester?"

"Yes ma'am. Is Sammy going to be okay?"

"He'll be fine but he's going to need some sleeping medication to take the nightmares away." Dean nods to the doctor and sits back down in his seat next to Sam's sleeping form. "Is he allowed visitors? Our boyfriends are out in the waiting room." Dean says, wiping the tears off of his face. "Yes that's fine but only family are allowed to stay the night."

"Yes of course." She walks out of the room and Dean calls Castiel's phone. "Hey, is he okay?"

"Who is that? Is that Dean? Is Sam okay?"

"You guys can come in now. Room 274."

"Okay, we'll be there soon." Dean hangs up and Sam starts moving around. His eyes flutter open and he freaks out and practically jumps out of his skin when he sees Dean next to him. "H-hey."

"Hey Sammy. How you feeling?"

"H-hor-rib-le"

"I'm sorry i wasn't there Sammy. I'm so sorry." Gabriel and Castiel walk in and Gabriel runs to Sam. "I was so scared Samich."

"S-s-sor-ry b-b-babe"

"You called me babe." Gabriel says pulling back from him. Sam smiles and pulls him in for a kiss. "Okay, enough of that." Dean calls. "So what did the doctor say?"

"She said he's fine and should be able to go home in a few days. The bruising around his wrists and ankles will heal pretty fast since he's young and pretty healthy. He has to take a sleeping medication though. For the uh, the nightmares. She said it has marijuana in it. Which will help with the eating thing."

"Wow, i could do that."

"What?"

"Get him high, I'm always smoking anyways." Sam nods at that and Castiel and Dean are shocked. "Wow, no invite?" Dean jokes and Castiel shoves him lightly. Sam grabs Dean's hand and pulls him into a hug, then motions Castiel to join. "I-i'm glad i h-ha-ve y-you guys." Sam says and Gabriel kissed his cheek and Dean sheds a manly tear which he wipes away almost immediately. "No chick flick moment Sammy." Sam laughs and they spend the rest of the day watching movies. At seven visiting hours are over and Gabriel and Castiel have to leave. After having to pry Gabriel off of Sam, they leave and promise they would be back after school. Dean sleeps on the empty hospital bed after moving it right next to Sam's and after Sam has taken his new medication he talks more and more. When he falls asleep, he's content and glad that his stutter is calming down slightly because of this new medication.

The next morning Sam wakes up to Dean shaking him. "G-go away. L-let me s-sleep. T-tired."

"No way Sammeh, they said it was okay if i ordered some food. I got a caesar saladddd" Sam automatically sits up and glares at Dean. He winces in pain when he moves but doesn't really bother with it since he's got he hasn't had this salad in what feels like forever. "G-give i-it here then." Dean hands him the salad and then calls him a rabbit. "H-hey at least i-i'm n-not gonna be a f-fat o-old man."

"Hey, i'll have you know that i am a very healthy young man, bitch."

"J-jerk." Dean smiles at Sam's reply. "The boys will be here after school." Sam nods and digs into his salad. Dean watches him fondly as he takes a huge bite from his big mac. They spend the day watching bad television and Sam does tongue twisters to help with his stutter.

"Sup bitches!"

"C-charlie?"

"Hey Sam, how are you? Dean wouldn't tell me anything, he just told me you we're in the hospital, which i totally respect." She says with her hands up in defence. "I'm f-fine."

"Okay good, so how'd the date go?" She squeals.

"Great, actually. We all had fun. I'm sure Sammy here had fun. Him and Gabriel we're practically drooling over each other."

"S-shut up" Sam says, a blush creeping on his face. "I actually ran into Gabriel at school, he looked like he was crying." Sam grabs his phone and dials his boyfriends number. "H-hello?"

"A-are you o-okay?"

"Uh, yea, just tired. I'll be there after school okay?"

"Y-yea."

"Okay, well lunch is almost over so i've got to get to class. Get some rest samsquash. See you later."

"O-okay." He hangs up and Dean and Charlie are looking at him. "W-what?" "Is he okay?" Sam shugs. "H-he said he w-was okay b-but i d-don't know, h-he didn't sound l-like himself." Charlie hasn't heard Sam say that much so she's kind of in shock. "Sam, i've never heard your voice for that long." Sam has a slight blush on his face and pulls the sheets up to him face. "Okay, enough of that, what are you even doing here right now?"

"You told me to come."

"Yea, i meant after school." Sam chuckles at their argument as it goes on and finally they decide to watch netflix on her computer. Sam falls asleep shortly after the second episode of some show and Dean falls asleep shortly after. Leaving Charlie binge watching it.
