Brittany's POV.
"Hey guys, guess who I saw this morning in the hall," Jake said.
"Who did you see Jay," Max asked.
"Em's, and she's not the same person that we once knew. Our old em was shy, happy, and out going. This Em is moody, not shy, and got this bad girl look. And looks like no one should mess with her." Jake said standing by his girlfriend.
I glare at him. " The same Emma who threatened me."
"In the flesh, " Jake answered.
"I doubt she came with bad intentions maybe she came back to apologize," Ryan said.
"You never know. Look at what she did before she disappeared," Lilly pointed out.
"Weren't you guys like best friends," Max asked his girl.
"You never really know someone until they show there true colors," Lucy states.
If they only knew.
"Well I hope that she doesn't come near us," I say.
"Whatever, let's just go to class," Jake says.
Then the guys head to class. But I keep Lilly and Lucy back.
"Make sure to keep an eye on her, I don't want her to do something that would break me and Ryan up. I really like him," I say doing my best acting job.
"Don't Brit we'll keep an eye on her. You deserve to have a happily ever after." Lucy says.
"Yeah, we'll even become "friends" with her to keep a close eye on her," Lilly adds.
"Cool let's get to class, thanks guys," I say and smile cynically.

Jake's POV.
Seeing Emma for the first time in 2 years was strange. After her sudden disapearence, we thought that we would never see her again. She looks completely different.
Our old Em would come to school and not care about what anyone said to her about how she was dressed. She would always dress in leggings and a t-shirt. With an oversized hoodie over it. Her hair was always in a messy bun or loose seeing as she liked to cover her face at times. She was kind and shy, until she felt like it was time to speak her mind. She would do anything to protect the ones she loved. Yet, at the end she did something we would never expect from her. I still believe there is something missing to Brittany's story because that did not sound like something our Emma would do.
Anyway the Emma that I came across with in the hall this morning was totally different from our old Em. This Em has a bad girl look. Black jeans and tank top. Combat boots and bandana. She had a look that said "mess with me and die".
She certainly has changed even the way she said hi. I always thought of her as a little sister. I was sad that she had left but everyone has their reasons. I think we where one of them. One things for sure I think we're never getting our old Em's back.
