Sara's P.O.V

I woke groggily the next morning remembering its Monday and mum told me to rest up because it's going to be a long and busy day. Slowly getting out of bed and into my normal morning routine of getting into the shower to wake myself up before getting ready. Knowing that today we were going out I started to get dressed like a 'Lady' so, putting a decent gown on and applying makeup and doing my hair up nice before I got yelled at to go change.

Making the descent down the stairs and into the kitchen and judging by the look of it mum just had started cooking breakfast for the two of us. Noticing she hadn't started making the coffee I went over to the coffee machine to start brewing the coffee while I waited for her to finish cooking what smells like eggs and toast. Pulling out two mugs out of the cupboard and filling them just enough to add a little milk she started up the conversation.

" Good morning sweetie, did you get enough sleep?" she started as I sat down at the breakfast table

" Morning and yes I got enough to sleep even though I have no idea what we are doing today" I asked wanting to know have long this day is going to be

" Well we have a quick meeting at ten and then we are spending the rest of the day training with the rest of the court " she answered putting down my breakfast in front of me

" Okay, when are we leaving?" I asked a minute later around mouthfuls

" In fifteen minutes so hurry up and finish" she said quickly eating her breakfast

Fifteen minutes later we were in the car on the way to the palace meeting quarters where the meeting was being held and where we would spend the rest of the day training. Well, there was one good thing about today that was my two best friends would be stuck with me doing training. Its good thing to look forward to something even if you don't want to be there in the first place.

Upon arrival, I see my two best friends Sally and Scarlett waiting outside with their mother. Exiting the car with my mother all I wanted to do was run over to them and give them both a hug but that was not something a 'Lady' would do so I restrain myself from doing so. Walking over to them with my mother by my side she greets them and starts up a conversation with their mother.

" Good morning Sally, Scarlett how are you both doing today?" I ask silently watching as they both try and not start laughing at my formality

" Good morning Sara, we are both doing well how about you?" Sally answers for the two of them putting on a poker face

" I'm doing well thank you for asking" I answer trying so hard to laugh on the inside, not the outside

" All right girls meeting is about to start let's make a move on" My mother interrupts our silent laughing conversation

Walking into the meeting room was nothing new as they were held every other day. Taking my place next to my mother, my mind started to wonder how quick this meeting was really going to be and it hadn't even started yet. Yay stuck in another 'quick' meeting which would drag out longer then it should be.

( After the 'quick' meeting )

One hour later the meeting finished up and we all started to file out of the meeting room and down into one of the sitting rooms in the palace to start training. But before anyone started training we had a quick brunch and a bathroom break, which gave me time to talk to Sally and Scarlett. And before I forget to mention Sally and Scarlett are twins if you haven't figured that out yet.

While talking to the twins one of the other girls came over and by the way, the twins faces dropped into frowns it only could be Linda. Linda is one of the very few people in the whole Kingdom that thinks she is above everyone else including us and she has been a thorn in our sides since day one because my mother has a higher rank then hers does.

" Hi Sara, S and S how's your brother doing?" she asks

For some reason, she always asks about West but she has no chance, he has way better taste then a stuck up pretty girl who calls the twins S and S.

" We are good thanks for asking and West is on a mission with my father" I answer with my most fake cheery voice I can muster

" Oh well no problem and tell West I said hi" she says and walks away

" Yeah in your dreams" I say under my breath so the twins can hear me, to which they try hard not to burst into laughter

Before I could say another word everyone came back into the room and it was announced that training had officially started. Yay! hear the sarcasm. Catching my mother's eye I was waved over to her so we could begin.

( About four hours later )

Damn, why does training take so long I was taught not only by my mother but every single other Lady in the room, which was twelve in total. Anyway, before we left I convinced mum to let the twins come over for the afternoon by telling her that West wasn't home so I had no company.

Getting home we raced each other up the stairs to my bedroom. Its very chill between us when there were no adults around so we could be ourselves. Like sitting around and talking about our trip to the Middle Mountains this weekend and how it will differ from the times we went before. Like I said before the Middle Mountains are situated between all Four Kingdoms so it's a whole day's trip on foot and back so that why we go on the weekend so our parents don't find out. Every time we go it's different sometimes we see other people and other times we see unique plants and animals but it is never the same journey. But before we knew it was time for them to go home as their car pulled up into the driveway and alerted us.

" Crap! We lost track of time " Scarlett said pulling Sally out the door

" Bye we'll see you on the weekend or maybe before that " they yelled running down the stairs

" Okay see you then bye " I yelled out the front door as they got into their car

Chuckling at their behaviour I went back upstairs to my room and started cleaning up the mess of magazines and paper we left on the floor. About halfway through cleaning mum came into my room and told me dinner will be ready in five. So I quickly finished up and made my way into the dining room where dinner was ready. Dinner wasn't as bad as it was last night there was just a little more chatter between to two of us. Finishing up mum told me she would do the dishes and I should go up and get ready for bed.

Before I could get into bed my phone went off with my text tone.

-Things are taking a little longer then they should. There is nothing to worry about but we should be back on Thursday

-Okay you better be back here on Thursday because it's really quiet without you

-Okay, I won't make any promises though, Goodnight Sis.

-Goodnight Bro, see you Thursday maybe.

Another few days without them, hopefully, all the two on two dinners with mum start to get better.
