One Breath (OffGun)

1. A Moment

I put down my ass to the couch in the edge of log cabin's room, while my eyes don't stop staring a boy lie on my bed.

I do not know how or when I'm in love with him. The only thing I know is

I fall to deep to him.
And I don't know the way to out.
Actually, I don't want to go out from his valley.

I know, it's very strange to see for kinda man like me. A man who usually spit a lot of curse, doesn't interest with cliche and romantic things, straigth but don't want to involve in kinda dating things, cold, and any other shit things people can pointed on my face.

I don't know how, something in that person, shaken my world like a snap of fingers, before I realize what is that.

I take a sip of hot coffee besides me, to warm my body after got wet under the heavy rain fall a while a go.
A moment when I finally found that boy, stumble, lost, and cry like pour the river inside his head.

Without thinking anything, I wrap his cold body with my jacket, bring him down from the top of his hiding place, carried him on my back, and here he's now.

Without loose my gaze to him, I move slowly to the bed. Looking at his calm face after he released his last tears a while ago, it makes my heart beat faster, and I feel releave at the same times, too.

I lie beside him, put the blanket on me, put my left arm around his waist, and my other arm under his neck, carefully, I pull him closer and hug him thight.

"Sweet dream", I whispered on his ear.

He move a little, burry his face on my chest, hug my waist tight, and mumble a line before back to sleep.
His voice soft, but I can hear his words clearly. And that's enough to sooth my heart. At least, for tonight.

I close my eyes and go to sleep, too.
And definetely, I'll never let him go from my sight anymore. No. Never ever again.
