Family Ties

As I woke up scared because I didn't know where I was. I let out a scream because I felt something touching me.
"What's wrong! Did someone hurt you!" As I saw Ty come running into the room.

"Oh.... I'm home. I didn't recognise my room. I thought I was kidnapped for second." As I finished talking I saw Ty sigh.

"Thanks for making me think you were hurt, I thought someone came in and was going to kill you!" I couldn't help but start to laugh at him.
"It's not funny!" I couldn't help
But start to laugh harder.

/|\ Later That Day /|\

"Ty! Why do I have to attend the stupid founders ball!" I watched as he have me a glare.

"I want you to ware your white one with the different layers and I think it has sparkles on the front. Oh I know how you hate being mistaken for Elena so I bought you some contacts and hair dye. I got black hair due and I think Grey-bluish contacts. Is that okay?" As Ty finished up speaking I had a huge grin on my face.

"Are you serious! You got me contacts so I wouldn't have to look like her! I love you so much Ty!

"Alright, we'll I'll see you latter and don't be late!" As Ty got up and left I got off my bed and started to get ready.

As I watched everyone talk and dance I sat in a corner where no one could see me.

"Miss, why is such a lovely woman like yourself sitting all by yourself?" As I looked up I saw a man with curled light-brown hair and light blue eyes that contrasts with his pearl-white skin. This man seemed to just grab my attention.

"I'm sitting here because I have nothing else to do and everyone is just. Well, I just I'm not welcome here. Everyone only cares about Elena." As Elena's name was brought up he gave me a look of questions.

"No one cares about you?" As the question came out of his mouth, I was surprised at what he said.

"No, no one cares about the other twin. Wait, I'm not like her. Every full moon something happens to me. It's like I can feel someone out there. He's all alone and scared, but everyone thinks he's this big tough guy. If I I told you what else I know of him, you would think I'm crazy. If you want me to tell you, then you'll have to peak my interest." As I finished talking I felt a smile escape my cold features, I don't understand how this stranger can make me smile.

"Alright then, if I have to entertain you to get you to tell me more. Then dance with me." As I looked up at him with surprise, he grabbed my hand and lead me to the centre of the floor.

"Everyone's looking at us!" As I whispered out to him, I felt him get a smirk on his face.

"I know, but everyone should be looking at you because your astonishing and beautiful." As he said that I felt a blush go onto my cheeks.

"You think so? Well, thank you." As I said my thank you I felt him spin me around. This stranger seems to have captured a piece of my heart, yet I didn't attend to give him any of my heart, yet some how he took it.

"Will you tell me more about this lonely man?" As he asked me a question, I paused to think for a moment.

"Yes, you may know more, but follow me first." When the music ended I grabbed his hand and pulled him up the stairs to my studio.

"Where are you taking me?"

"I'm taking you to my art studio. You need to be there to understand about him. He's beautiful though." I felt his body seem to tense as I had talked about him.

"This is your studio?" As this man looked around I nodded to his question.

"Yes, now come!" As he came over to where I was sitting, I saw that he was curious.

"Are you going to begin now?"

"Of course, I will tell you from the beginning. He was disgraced by his father and his mother would do nothing about it for she had a affair with one of the town beasts. Even though he was disgraced by his father, his siblings still cared for him. All except the oldest. Well, he was so brave and took all the beatings the were thrown at him. Matter what happened he survived. You see, he was beautiful and charming. If you had seen him you would want to be his. He never did want anyone though, except for her. She was wicked for she lead him an his brother on. He's all alone, yet I want to be there for him." As I finished my sentence I got up and headed to my window and looked out it.

"I want to be his. I know he's a monster, but I don't care. He's just alone and afraid of being rejected. I don't understand how everyone would hurt him." As I finished talking I felt him come up behind me.

"Why, why do you want to be there for him. Why do you want to be his?" As I felt his hands snake up around my waist I leaned into him and put my head back on his shoulder.

"I want to be his and protect him from all who want to hurt him. Even if it means me getting hurt in the way. I know he's afraid and alone. I want to help make sure he's not afraid anymore. I want to make sure he's not alone anymore. He's mine. He's my Niklaus, and will always me mine till the day I die." I felt his arms tense around me. That's when he spun me around to face him.

"You want to be his? Are you sure you mean him?" As the words flowed from his mouth, that's when I realised it.

"Niklaus, my Niklaus. Your here, your finally here!" I felt tears stream down my face, as I had finished crying I hugged him and buried my face into his chest.

"Why do you care about me? Why do you want to be mine?" As he spoke, I could feel that he was scared of me rejecting him.

"I care about you because your all I have and want. I want to be yours because your safe and will love me for me as I will to you. I love you, Niklaus. I will never stop loving you." As I finished speaking I went on my tip toes and kissed him on the cheek.

"I don't understand. How do you know me? Why do you love me? It doesn't make any since." As he finished speaking I looked up at him.

"I love you because your you. I know you, and the rest you'll have to find out how. Your my hero and lover. I'm afraid of you leaving me and rejecting me. Please stay with me tonight." As I finished speaking I felt my body go limb and I went I to a deep slumber, but before I was fully out I heard him say one last thing.

"I will stay with you forever. I promise you that I will protect you till the day I die. As long as you love me, I will love you, Katerina."
