Awakened

As my body jerked up from its comatose, I realised that I'm set free from them. They won't hold me away from him anymore. I got up from where I was laying and began to walk over to where the stairs were. Im going to find him. I shouldn't be afraid or heartbroken anymore. I love him and I will never stop loving him.

I began to grow tired for some reason, like my body was growing weak. With out even thinking, I mustered up all my power and strength, and teleported my self to him. I felt myself fall towards the ground, but I felt arms catch me before I fell to the ground. I tried to open my eyes, but they were so heavy. I managed to get one word out though.

"Nik." Was the one word that escaped my lips. That one word was all that was important to me, all I ever wanted. I would give up everything to be with him, just because I love him.

Klaus's Point of View

As I was drawing in my art studio, I heard a breeze sound. It sounded like wind when it moves roughly. I turned around to check what it was. There she stood. She looks so frail and broken.

As I saw her began to plummet towards the ground, I sped over to her and caught her in my arms. She feels cold, like she went through a snow storm or was frozen in ice. I don't know what I should do.

"Nik" I heard my name slip from her delicate mouth. I began to get worried, I haven't seen her in a couple of months. She disappeared out of no where and then reappears in front of me? I don't know what's wrong with her. It was like she was afraid of something or someone. I once promised her that I would always protect her.

"Niklaus, why do you want to brake the curse anyways?" As I heard Katerina begin to ask the one question I would never answer.

"Nik, Please just tell me!" As I heard her voice raise at me with frustration, I begin to way my options.

"If I tell you will you stop asking me questions?" I watched as she thought about my question.

"You promise that you will tell me everything?" As I looked at her, I saw that she was serious.

"I promise, I will tell you everything about why I want to break the curse." I watched as she looked at me with so many contradicting emotions.

"Can you hold me while you tell me?" As she said that, I simply nodded my head.

"Yes, now come here." As she started to walk towards the blanket on the ground.

"Nik, can you please tell me now?" As she reached the blanket, she laid down beside me. I grabbed her and laid her in my arms.

"The reason why I want to break the curse because I don't want to be alone anymore. I'm afraid of being alone. Katerina, the reason is because then I can make a hybrid family. Almost like a back up family." As I finished telling her why, she began to cry.

"Love, why are you crying?" She looked up at me with her tear streaked face.

"Nik, you think your all alone! I'm here, I'll never leave! I love you, Nik. I will always be here." I saw how sadness over took her in just less than a minute.

"Shush, Love. I'm not going to, I will always love you. I promise I'll stay with you and protect you. Forever and always, remember?

As I laid her down on my bed, I saw how her body looked so frail. I watched as she slept so peacefully. I raised my hand and ran it along the side of her cheek.

"Katerina, I love you."
