Chapter 3

Akko POV

Once we sat down I broke the silence, "So... What should we talk about?" I asked. "What will happen between us? Will we just stay friends or be more than that?" Amanda said. At this moment in time we just sat down and realized how awkward this situation was.  "I would like to be more, if it is ok with you, that is." I replied. "Yeah, I would like that, should we keep it a secret or let our friends know?" Amanda asked, "Maybe we keep it secret until we figure out everything... I love you." I said pulling Amanda into a hug with a slight blush. She hugged me back. All we could hear for a while was each others breathing as our minds blocked out all background sounds. 

"Hey Akko, I am so happy." Amanda said "I love you." Amanda continued pulling me into a deep, passionate kiss. Her soft lips against mine was the best feeling, I began to kiss back. not caring about anyone seeing  because she was all that mattered to me, not the food, not the people, her and only her. I wrapped my arms around her neck, pulling her closer. We sat like that for a while, kissing... that was the best time of my life, even better than getting into Luna Nova. I found the person I love and will always love. We stopped after about a minute of heaven, to see a few judgmental looks, due to the town being in a isolated area which hasn't accepted everything. However, Amanda just gave them a threatening stare which caused most to shun there looks in fear. I only laughed at how she could scare like 5 people at once... She's so strong. After talking about our day for a while, we left holding hands. Once we were near Luna Nova we let go so no-one would notice us. We arrived at our dorms, we stood and talked about stuff for a while then I  looked around to see no-one around I gave Amanda a quick peck on the cheek, "Love you" I said smiling, I then went in the dorm to relax for a while.

Sucys POV

1 Minute ago

I was walking back to my dorm when I noticed Akko and Amanda outside the dorm, but then Akko kissed Amanda, I stood frozen on the spot trying to process what had just happened. Luckily they they couldn't see me due to me being down a shadowy corner. Once Amanda had left I headed into my dorm "Hey Akko, how was your date with Amanda?" I said snickering. "W-WHAT!!! I-IT WASN'T A D-DATE!... We are just 2 friends who went out to talk" Akko shouted in protest. "Yeah, yeah. Any way I'm gonna practice my potions." I said. "F-FINE! I'll just lay down to sleep. Goodnight." Akko said blushing.

Amanda POV

I headed back to my room, happier than ever still blushing more than I ever have, I didn't notice until I entered my dorm and heard Jasminka say, "Ooh someones happy! Do you want to sit and eat while we talk about it?", "Nah, I-I'm just gonna rest. Night" I replied, "Ok, night." Jasminka said as she munched on another handful of chips. I began to doze off, thinking of Akko and our kiss in the cafe... Her perfect lips, her crimson eyes and her perfect smile. I already miss her. Just being around her makes me happy. Others may judge our love, but that doesn't matter as I have her and she has me. As I thought about her, more and more, I began to doze off remembering our day and our confessions to each other yesterday. Soon enough I fell asleep, faster than I ever have before. 

The next day (6:15am)

This morning I woke up first. Surprising. It's luck I did though, as Constanze and Jasminka take too long to get ready, so I decided to take this opportunity and get ready to leave. It only took about 10 minutes to get ready. I put my clothes on and took a walk in the courtyard... So peaceful and calming.

Akko POV

(6:00am)

This morning I woke up early to avoid Sucy, I grudgingly got out of bed and went to the bathroom and got ready, after about 20 minutes I left to walk the Luna Nova campus. It was a nice day, but it was quite weird being up early, especially with no one around. I walked around for about 7 minutes when I thought to myself 'You know what I wanna just relax in the sun' I began to walk towards the courtyard. I had turned the corner when I noticed Amanda walking around outside, taking in the morning sun. "Hi Amanda!" I said as she jumped back in surprise. "...OMG Akko you scared me... Hi, why are you up early?2 She asked. "I could ask you the same question." I replied. "True, anyway... we have boring old potions class next. Wanna ditch it?" Amanda asked. "Nah, I have missed too many lessons I need to catch up." I replied, "Wow Akko wanting to learn... weird." Amanda said while laughing, she playfully punched my arm then said "I'm just messing with ya, wanna sit and talk?", "Sure, so how are you?" I asked, "I'm good, but very tired, I woke up way to early for my liking. Anyway how are you?" She replied. "I'm good, also tired though. I know this is weird but can I take a nap but wake me up before it's time for class?" I asked while yawning. "Sure, if you want you can rest your head on my shoulder as well." She said with a loving tone in her voice. I rested my head on her soft shoulder and dozed off with a smile spread across my face...
