"Hey! (y/n)!" Ben called out for you, his voice sounded near, "Where are going?! Your-"

She remembered that day as if it was yesterday

You cut him off, by slamming the front door shut. "I don't need it..." you snapped at nothing but the closed door, he knew it was about your phone "Keep it, to remember me bye or something...!" your voice cracked.

They were painful memories, she had to admit. Just thinking about it made but her head and heart hurt.

Loosing someone you never had in the first place is hard

'It was a mistake...' you said, running home, 'It..it was mistake falling for him, of course, he'll think of me as a sister, we've been friends since were kids fro glob sakes' you vision was glossy.

What do you do with a broken heart? Gather the pieces one by one with care, fix it and move on...but it isn't that simple.

It never was.

'Don't cry...! Fight it (y/n)...!' you sighed, 'There not point crying, there's no point crying over a stupid boy who doesn't like you back...!'

Other may say when 'romantic relationship' doesn't turn out right: "There are plenty of more fishes in the sea." She didn't think so. To her, her significant other was the world to her, the golden apple to her eyes.

Midway home, and you decided to turn back, heading to headquarters to talk to Max one last time, even if you did meet up this morning, to chat with him.

He was heroic....you showed bravery and strength through the time you knew him.

Caring...the air was filled with fruitful laughter, just thinking about her significant other, brought back the dead butterflies in her stomach. He's caring nature was proof that the world wasn't that bad after all, that humans and aliens were capable of doing the good.

He looked out for others, his loved ones.

She froze, when she felt a warm grip on her shoulder, "Leaving already, beloved?" the male whispered into your ear, causing you to turn and glare at the boy.

He was good-natured, to the point, that she decided to leave without his consent, until she practically removed herself from his life, almost as if she never existed.

"Blayson..." you said in a hushed tone, the boy seems taken back, you didn't say his name in disgust or push him away.

She had made a mistake, and wish she wouldn't act the way she did.

"Whats the matter darling?" the pyronite hybrid notice your gloomy expression.

Past (y/n) was stupid, being unaware of how others felt about her. If she was capable of breaking rules and going back to tell her to "Woman up, and tell him already!" she would.

You look at the sides, wondering if you should tell the enemy about you 'feelings'.

You missed him, a lot. And you were sure that him, Max, Gwen and the others missed you as well.

"Let's just say...I got dumped, but this person and I were never dating. The boy I apparently like.." you paused and continued, thinking why you didn't say like in past tens "Doesn't see me more than a friend..."

So...was it wrong?

The boy in front of you didn't understand what was 'Heartbreak' so you gave up on the topic and asked him why he was here.
