Chapter 9

( Matts POV ) * 2 Weeks After Suicide Attempt *

" Matt please stay . I know I keep repeating the same things over and over again everyday , but in hopes you'll hear me I'm saying it until you wake up . Matt please don't leave . I want to get to know you better Matt . Be bestfriends . Tell you about me past . You tell me about yours . I miss you ." I could hear her but I couldn't see her . I tried to open my eyes but it's like they were glued shut . I'm going to try once more and if I can't I'll just go to sleep . Again .

I opened my eyes and looked around . All I saw was white walls , a tv , and a window . I looked to the right and I saw Addy . She looked horrible . Her make-up was ruined and her hair messy . Did I do this to her ? Am I the reason she's like this ?

" Addy ? " She looked up at me and her eyes sparkled .

" Matt you're okay ! " She got up and hugged me tightly . I hugged back and she cried .

" Hey dont cry . I'm okay ."

" No you're not ! You tried to kill yourself Matt ! "

" Ok ok . Maybe I'm not okay . But did I die ? No . " I siad making a wierd face making her laugh .

" Haha ok . " She continued to laugh and wiped the tears from her face .

" Is my dad and Kristen here ? "

" Uhh yeah . I'll go get them and tell a doctor you're awake ." She got out of my room and closd the door . I'm really happy I could wake up and see my family . Well what's left of it any ways .

" Matt ! " Kristen yelled as she ran to my bed and hugged me tightly . I imidiatly hugged back tighter . I missed my sister .  We'ved grown apart lately . All because of me . While I was being bullied I pushed everyone away and just stayed in my own little world . Now my goal is to not push people away and actually meet someone who wont give me any drama and make me happy for once . I really need to ask Addy if she knows Melissa . I want to catch up with her .

" I missed you baby bro ."

" Me too Kris ." I smiled and she smiled back . Then I heard someone's voice who I havent hear in a while say ",what I don't get a hug ?"

" Dad ! " I he hugged me and I did the same . I guess his voice seems so unfamiliar becaused I pushed him away too . Wow . I have a bad habit of pushing people away .

" HI I'm doctor George . We need to run some tests on Matthew and see about what day he"ll be ready for discharge ." A tall blonde haired guy with green eyes said .

" Okay we'll just leave . Bye Matt we'll come back later and bring you some food kay ?" My sister said .

" Okay .'' They left through the door and the doctor grabbed my arm .

" Alright son I'm going to have to insert this needle here . It wont hurt ," I nodded and watched as he began to draw blood from my arm .

( Addy's POV )

" Tay he woke up ," I said with a huge smile .

" Good . Hey I'm going to call Melissa ."

" Okay . Hey isn't it kinda akward that Shawn's your best friend and you're dating his sister ?"

" Not really he said it's cool . "

" Ohh . Well I'm gonna go call the girls and see if they want to go to the mall while they finish Matts tests ."

" Alright . Hey can Melissa go with you guys ? I'm kinda busy with work ."
