Chapter 13

Matt's POV

" Addy , will you go to homecoming with me ? " I said . My palms are sweaty and so is my neck . I'm really nervous . She had her mouth wide open . God I knew this was a bad idea . Everyone was quiet waiting for a response . Suddenly she started running . Towards me . I dropped the roses and she jumped on me . I held her in my arms tight and kissed her head .

" Oh my god Matt . Yes . Yes . Yes . Yes ," she had a huge smile on her face and seeing that , so did I . She's my everything . I can't believe she's finally mine . Mine . I'm gonna try my best to keep it that way . Everyone started cheering and clapping .

" Get some Matt ! " Aaron yelled . Taylor and Tony gave him a look like a 'shut the fuck up' kinda look . I just smiled and buried my neck into her neck .

Everyone started coming off of the bleachers and putting the cards in one of the seats . Addy let go of me and looked up at me . The butterflies I felt the first time I saw her in her desk the first day I came here , came back . Only ten times stronger .

" I dropped your flowers princess ," I picked up the roses and handed them to her . She smiled and took them .

" Thank you Matt ," she enter twined our fingers and began walking , me following next to her .

" For what ? You have nothing to thank me for . In fact , it should be me thanking you . You've helped me through so much these past 3 months . I couldn't have asked for anything better . You saved my life . When I had those moments when I wanted to give up , and just end everything , you were always there for me . "

She smiled back and kissed my cheek . 

" You've helped me through a lot too Matt . And there will be more . Just promise me , that whatever happens , we'll always be together . Each time stronger than the last ," her beautiful blue eyes looked deep into mine , and in that moment I felt as if I was on air . I can't believe what this girl does to me by just looking me deep in the eye . Her stare makes me melt .

" I promise ." I said back .

I hope you guys liked this even though it's just a filler . Next chapter will be more dramatic .

Oh btw in the course of those 2 months that I decided to skip , Melissa confessed to Taylor that she cheated , they made up , Melissa , Addy , and Jia are friends again , and Taylor knows Melissa kissed Matt .
