Chapter 15

"Let's go babe," Jace said extending his hand for me to take. He wore a black and white suit with a black tie and dress shoes.

"Why are you here? I'm going with Matthew."

"Oh don't you remember baby girl? I asked you a long time ago and you said yes. So let's go." Suddenly I heard Tony coming down the stairs.

"Is there a problem here baby sis?"

"Um no actually, Jace was just leaving."

"No I wasn't. You said you'd go with me to Home Coming, here I am, so let's go," he argued.

"Wait, I thought you two were broken up."

"We are. I'm going with Matthew. I'm dating Matthew," I said as I saw Matt pull into my driveway. Oh god. I'm not ready for what's about to happen. I saw him get out of his car and come towards us with a rose in his hand, and a gorgeous smile spread across his face. He saw Jace and his smile fell.

"What's going on?" Matt said pushing past Jace, glaring at him. 

"Addie and I were just leaving to Homecoming, weren't we babe?"

"I'm not your babe leave me the fuck alone," I defended myself.

"Jace, leave. Now. Unless you want me to beat you up like last time," Matt threatened. 

Jace rolled his eyes and smirked. 

"This wont be the last time you see me, princess," he said with a devilish grin. He turned around and left to his car, defeated.

"Baby I wont let that happen ever again," Matthew assured me.

"Okay. Can we just leave?"

"Of course babe."

I said bye to my brothers and Matt and I left to the dance.

(At the dance)

Matt turned off the car and just as I was about to open the door he spoke up.

"No, let me." He jogged around the car to my door and opened it. He held out his hand to help me out.

I smiled at him and kissed his cheek.

"Thank you."

"Anything for my princess."

We walked to the gym holding hands. We went inside the gym and I saw Jia dancing with Nash.

"Babe do you want something to drink?" Matt asked me.

"Um yeah, sure." He smiled and went to get us something to drink.

He came back with a red cup filled with what I'm guessing is coke.

The song was over and Jia and Nash came over to us and we began talking.

"Alright ladies and gentleman, here's everybody's favorite part of the night, the slooow song." The DJ said through the mic.

"Addie? Will you dance with me?"

"Of course Matt," he took my small left hand in his big one and I rested my other hand on his shoulder. He put his hand on my lower back. We started dancing around when all of a sudden he stopped.

"Is there something wrong?"

"Actually babe, yes," my eyes widened and I felt a bit scared. Shit I screw everything up.

"W-what's wrong?"

"Only problem there is baby girl, is you. You got me crazy when your biting your lip like that," a rush of relieve took over my body.
