     "Kato!" Dela screamed.

Kato suddenly woke up. It was day time, and Dela sounded terrified. He turned to her. She was being dragged by her long black hair by a creature with 2 smaller creatures on each shoulder. The large one has a pair of golden shoes. "Dela!" Kato shrieked. He ran over to her and grabbed her hand  just as she was being lifted up by the creature.

Kato and Dela were being pulled into the sky. Dela shrieked in pain as the creature dug its claws into her hair and her arm for additional support.

"What's happening!" Kato screamed. Dela just continued to shriek in pain.

"The master will like this very much, yes he will." The small creature on the left shoulder spoke. The right one nodded.

"We will take them to the cave below Mount Olympus and kill them, right guys?" The large one said.

"Shut up you idiot! They don't need to know our plan!" The left creature reprimanded.

"Duh, okay." The large one said.

Dela screamed at the thought of death. All of this would be for nothing. It hurt Kato to see Dela being hurt right before his very eyes, but he couldn't do anything, or he could risk falling.

"Dela! It's going to be alright! Trust me!" Kato yelled.

Dela wasn't paying attention. She was only focusing on the searing pain in her arm.  She passed out due to the pain.

The creature kept flying and soon they were in a cave. The large one dropped Dela on the ground and flew up high enough to knock someone out when dropped. The creature then dropped Kato, and he was knocked out.

A couple minutes later, Dela regained consciousness. She looked around and saw Kato, passed out on the cave floor, bleeding from the head. "Kato!" She screamed. Before she could call out again, she was kicked from behind, and she flew into a cave wall. Rubble crashed around her. She stood up and coughed blood. Adrenaline ran through her veins as she looked at the 3 creatures. Two small ones were on the shoulders of a large one with golden shoes.

"You're going to die here, kid." The left one said. "There's no point in trying to fight back. You're outnumbered.

Dela looked at them with a determined glare. "There's no way I'm backing down." She rushed up to them and began levitating the rocks that broke apart when she was hit into the wall, and threw them at the large creature. Surprised by her sudden and quick movements, the creature couldn't dodge and was hit in the face.

"Ow! That really hurt! You're going to pay little girl." The large creature vowed, angered.

Suddenly scared by the murderous look in its eyes, Dela lost concentration. The large creature picked her up and threw her into the wall again.

"Ack!" Dela shrieked. The creatures began to throw multiple rocks at the hole in the wall she made.

A couple feet away, Kato opens his eyes. After coughing and choking a little, he regained focus. He saw rocks being thrown at Dela. She was outnumbered! He tried to move, but he was too weak. His whole body ached. "I know if I try hard enough I'll be able to move. Just try Kato!" He screamed in his head.

Dela shrieked in pain as a dozen rocks pummeled her deeper and deeper into the rock wall. Then, the creatures picked up a huge rock, and right before they could throw it, Dela used her power on it. They repelled each other for a moment, before Dela won and the creatures lost control. The rock flew into the creatures and they fell on the floor. Something golden flew across the cave, but Dela wasn't paying attention to that. Her only focus was Kato. Dela slowly removed herself from the rock wall. She began to crawl, too weak to walk, over to Kato.

Suddenly, the ground shook as the creatures rose up, and began forming a huge boulder, almost as big as the cave. "Dela watch out!" Kato said, suddenly gaining strength with a rush of adrenaline.

Dela looked up with teary eyes and screamed on the top of her lungs. The creatures threw down the rock, and within a millisecond, she was pushed out the way, and Kato was crushed by the rock.

"NO!" Dela screamed. With a rush of adrenaline, Dela put her hands out to her sides, and slowly raised them. Suddenly, the ground began to shake. The ground cracked, and pieces of rubble began to rise up. The debris circled around Dela, and she crashed them together. Dela created one big boulder, bigger than the creatures, almost larger than her, and crushed it down on top of them. The explosion caused a huge gust of wind to blow her backwards. She landed on her backside. She began to cough. Everything in her body ached.

Suddenly, the ground began to shake. Utterly exhausted, Dela curled into a ball, and held her hands over her head. "No! Please, no more!" Dela shrieked.

The rumbling got louder, and soon the huge boulder that crushed Kato slowly rolled over. Coughing could be heard. "D-Dela.." a voice choked out.

Dela looked up suddenly. "K-Kato..?" Upon seeing that he somehow lifted that thousand pound rock of himself, tears shot down Dela's face as she crawled towards him. The cave began to crumble. The shaking made it hard to move, but Dela was determined to get to Kato.

Dela managed to crawl over to Kato. "How? I thought you didn't have a power." Dela managed to choke out.

"I said I might have super strength or something.. but I didn't think I could lift it." Kato mumbled. "I guess it was adrenaline.."

Tears were streaming down Dela's face. "I-I'm so sorry... If I hadn't said yes to you coming along..." Dela whispered.

"Then you wouldn't be alive now. You were outnumbered. Don't you ever regret anything. I'm so happy I met you, and I know you have what it takes to save the world." The cave continued to shake violently. "Dela you must go! The cave is going to collapse!" Kato screamed.

"No.. I can't run.. I can't leave you. You've helped me so much." Dela whispered.

"Dela! Go! You can't die!" Kato screamed.

Dela looked down at Kato. She wiped her tears, and began to look around the cave.

"Dela? W-what are you doing?!" Kato coughed.

"I'm looking for something to save you with!" Dela screamed. After looking for a bit, Dela saw a glowing pair of shoes. She gasped. "Apollo's sandals." She thought.

"Dela! Go!" Kato shrieked. The cave rumbled. Dela looked back at Kato, grabbed the sandals, and ran towards him. She knelt down, and gave him a soft, tender kiss. Kato was shocked, but glad she returned his feelings. She looked in his eyes.

     "Goodbye." She whispered.

Dela then dashed out the cave. Just as she exited the cave, it collapsed on itself. With tears pouring down her cheeks, she fell on the ground and weeped "No!" Dela's voice cracked. "Why.." Dela wailed. "Why.." All Dela wanted to do was give up. She wanted to weep, and lay down on the ground and die, but she know she can't.

"Pull yourself together. Now is no time to show weakness. Put on the sandals and go atop of Mount Olympus." Dela thought to herself. She shoved all the sadness back into her stomach, and put on the sandals. She remembers learning about them in History class. She jumps up, and begins to fly. As she gets higher and higher, the air thins, but Dela doesn't notice. All she wants is to end this.
