A couple hours later, Dela slowly opens her eyes. She is back in the Village of Icarus, and is in a soft bed. All around her is all her schoolmates. Even Somala was there.

Once everyone realizes that Dela is awake, they each come up one by one and issue genuine apologies.

Somala walks up first. "Dela.. I really, truly am sorry about the way I treated you.. I guess I was a little bitter because I worked so hard to get in that school and you weren't even good at your power and you got in. I understand that's no excuse.. but I want you to know I regret making you feel unwanted." Somala then grabbed a glass of water and uses her power and fills it up. "Here, you must be thirsty." Somala says.

Dela nods and takes a sip. Everyone that was gathered around her either thanked her or gave her an apology. Dela looked around and saw Prae sitting on a bench, with a sad look on her face. Dela got up from her bed and walked over to her. Prae suddenly looked up, and gave her a huge hug.

"Dela.. I'm so sorry for leaving you. I'm so sorry." Prae sobs.

Dela returns the hug. "I understand how you were feeling." Dela whispers.

"I was just jealous of Kato! You barely met him you were talking to him like you knew him your whole life." Prae cries.

"I'm sorry.. I should've taken your feelings into consideration." Dela sighs.

"Where is Kato anyway?" Prae murmurs.

Dela's eyes widen in shock as she realizes the toll of her adventure. Tears well up in her eyes, and she lets out a wail of anguish. Prae hugs her tightly. Prae suddenly puts two and two together, and lowers her head. "I'm so sorry." Prae repeats.

"What happened with your foot? I thought it was shattered." Dela sniffed.

"I used the healing potion I told you about..." Prae replied softly. Dela nodded and continued to sob.

After about 10 minutes of tears and wails, Dela finally sniffs and wipes her face. "Everyone who died today, is in a better place now." Dela whispers. "Especially Kato. I'll see him again, one day."

Suddenly, the heavens open up, and a glowing spirit flies down. A woman materializes. It's Delarose, and she's here to congratulate Dela for her hard work.

"Dela, your selfless acts have really opened my eyes. Thank you for saving my people. I have a preposition for you. Come up to Mount Olympus with me and become my successor." Delarose asks.

Dela's eyes widen. She looks at Prae. "Don't let me stop you from succeeding. Go. Besides, you can always visit." Prae replies.

Dela smiled and gives Prae a huge hug. "Thank you bestie." Dela whispers.

So, Dela moved up to Mount Olympus, where Delarose trained her to become her successor. Even though Dela is still haunted by her experience, she wants to make sure this never happens again. Every year, Dela comes down to Earth to educate the third graders on her adventure. Each day, Dela lives to make her mom, dad, and Kato proud.
