~~Jungwoo~~

Jungwoo was grateful for the day off that he had after the Mode Maudelle show. He was mentally and physically exhausted. He normally had a great time taking photos of the models but Mr. Lovestruck was too worked up over that beautiful model to remotely have a good time. He had planned to make an effort to talk to Wong but he had panicked and instead asked the man for some pointless pictures. He left the after party feeling tired and disappointed with himself.

Although Jungwoo still hadn't wanted to do anything, he pushed himself out of the house and took his car to work. Maybe if he focused on his photography instead of that model, he would be able to take a bit of stress off of his shoulders. He would rather paint to relieve his tension but he didn't have much of a choice. He still had rent to pay and a stomach to fill and putting in some work was the only way he was going to achieve those things.

Jungwoo took the elevator to the fourth floor and parked himself at his desk. He didn't have much to do and there weren't many people in the office, so he decided to play quiet music from his computer. He found a playlist with a few of his favourite songs and let the sounds ease his mind. Once again, the hard working boy loaded his photos from the fashion show onto his computer and selected his favourites from the night. If he was the one making the rules, he would have picked all of Lucas Wong's photos and deleted the other models', but the point of Caller Magazine was to showcase the fashion line, not the beautiful people. Jungwoo chose a few looks from a variety of models.

It didn't take long for the indigo haired head to get lost in his work. As usual, he lost track of time and was becoming committed to perfecting every last detail in the photos. The boy was brought back to reality by his manager pushing her weight into the desk top.

"Jungwoo, how'd the show turn out?" A friendly grin spread across the woman's face. Her red hair was pulled back into a ponytail and her dark blue blazer made her look like someone who demanded respect. Thankfully for Jungwoo, she was a friendly woman and the two got along well.

"It was great, as usual." Jungwoo looked up from his work and grinned back at his superior.

"The clothing was amazing and I've started picking out the best photos. I talked to a few of the models too. I think their input on the model industry and clothing lines would make a good article." Jungwoo filled her in on his thoughts while she stayed perched on the end of his table. Truthfully, Jungwoo hadn't put much thought into the magazine articles. He was too focused on his love life. He came up with most of his small proposal on the spot. He wanted to look good for his boss manager and he certainly wasn't prepared to tell her that he had been ogling over some model that would never take interest in him.

"Well it's good that you got so much from the show. Speaking of which, I'm sending a team to work on a Mode Maudelle photoshoot. You included. Further details will be given to the team when you arrive on set." Jungwoo had a feeling that lady hadn't just come over to make small talk with him. Although the two had known each other before Jungwoo started working for the magazine, she was a colleague and his boss. The woman was busier than most in the office and she of all people wouldn't decide to sprawl on a desk simply because she wanted to waste some time making small talk.

"Oh, alright. Why is Caller doing the shoot, though? Doesn't Madame Maudelle have contracts with another agency." Jungwoo was confused. Caller was a magazine company and nothing more as far as he knew.

"She did have contracts with a photography agency but she called a few weeks ago since their contract was about to end. We already work with her brand quite often so she offered the photoshoot spots to us. I'll be going to a meeting sometime this week to go over the new contract."

The new contract? Jungwoo thought. A spark of hope flared in his chest. A contract with the fashion company would mean he would be seeing Lucas more often. Jungwoo was the lead photographer after all and he assumed that he would be sent to quite a few photoshoots since he was a trusted employee.

"Alright. Just let me know when I'm going and I'll get the equipment ready." Jungwoo nodded and smiled once more. His superior smiled back before sliding off the tabletop and giving a small goodbye wave.

The week passed and Jungwoo still hadn't heard any information concerning the photoshoot he was going to be sent to. The boy had been extremely excited to see his model but now, he wasn't so sure that the contract pulled through. He knew that he was over exaggerating. Things don't happen over night and Jungwoo knew that, but he was just so focused on that boy that he couldn't help but worry. He called Haechan earlier during the week and Mark had consoled him. Haechan's boyfriend worked with a record company and he was used to contracts taking a few weeks to pan out. They were important, of course, and they weren't something that should be rushed.

Jungwoo woke up for his Friday shift of work and set out the door a few minutes early. He had recently been getting to work earlier than necessary. He was excited to hear about his new photography gig. He began to set up his work space as other workers began to trickle in. A few minutes after the day started, his manager, Bree came walking to his desk. It was the first time he'd seen her since that Monday when she'd told him about the new contract. Jungwoo could feel his heart pick up it's pace. He was hopeful that he would be learning more about his new task.

Manager Bree leaned against Jungwoo's desk once again. She was a good friend of his and her physical closeness was comforting to the boy.

"Good morning, Bree." Jungwoo stretched out her name. He always joked with her and acted flirty with his friend even though she knew he had no interest in girls. He was lucky to have her as his manager. She was the one that got him a job at Caller Magazine.

"Jungwoo! I've got good news for you!" She grinned back at the boy.

"The contract's been finalized. You'll be going to work on the set Sunday."

Jungwoo could feel heat rising in his cheeks. He had been so nervous that the contract wouldn't happen, but here he was, getting information about his new photography job at Mode Maudelle.

Jungwoo felt energized despite the dark morning. A light rain fell on the windows of his car and made the streetlights shimmer. He felt refreshed from his morning shower and his clothes made him look the part. He wore comfortable blue jeans and a gray dress shirt. The boy rolled up his sleeves just past the elbows so that the cuffs wouldn't get in the way of his photographing. Mode Maudelle was across town from his apartment but he didn't mind the drive. It was nice out this morning and nothing could deter the blue head's happy mood. He was going to be in the Mode Maudelle building, where he would hopefully see Lucas Wong. Bree hadn't told him who would be participating in the photoshoot. She didn't know either. The unknown information had been eating at his thoughts ever since the possibility of working on the set had sprung up. He eventually pulled into the large lot behind the building and parked his Lexus. The slick black car reflected the lights. It was a nice composition for a photo. Before heading into the building, Jungwoo fixed his clothes and grabbed his equipment from the car. Madame Maudelle was supplying the camera and set props but he still decided to bring some extra pieces to make camera effects.

Jungwoo turned to face the building and set off toward the top floor.
