~~Jungwoo~~

The curtains at the beginning of the catwalk were drawn and the woman known as Madame Modelle walked down the stage until her toes were just a few feet from the end. She waved at the flashing cameras as she made her entrance and was sure to take her time in her journey down the runway. Once she took her place at the foot of the stage, she waited a few seconds before speaking to let the applause die down.

"Welcome, everyone and welcome to the first show of New York Fashion Week!" A few more claps sounded from the audience.

"Tonight you all will be viewing my newest line, called Show Face. I have dedicated this line to my models. It represents the elegance of each one of them and the inspiration that I draw from them." The renowned designer explained. So Jungwoo wasn't the only person to seek inspiration from the Mode Maudelle models, thought the photographer. He found himself drawn to Lucas Wong specifically, but he was trying to justify his actions at the moment and didn't particularly care for details.

The famous woman ended her introduction by finishing off with her staple ending sentence.

"Models!" She called in the direction of the catwalk's backstage. She gestured around her with her arms outstretched and began to recede back behind the stage. Loud show music started to play and elegant bodies began to trickle out from the curtain in single file.

Jungwoo started his work. He lowered his eyes to the camera and peered through the lens to find the perfect photo for a magazine. He snapped hundreds of pictures. The models' outfits were made of bright colours and the clothing was made from asymmetric shapes. The cloth seemed to float around the bodies. When the models reached the end of the stage, they posed for the cameras and showed off their costuming. The shutters from countless cameras would erupt each time.

The show played on and Jungwoo began to break a sweat. He wasn't doing nearly as strenuous of a job as the models that were posed in front of him, but the quick pace of their walks gave him a slim window of time to capture the clothing. The job was stressful.

Jungwoo stayed in his world of photographing the intricate clothing and admiring the creative looks. The night played out for a few more hours until the models returned behind the stage and Madame Maudelle reappeared to give her final thanks. A closing applaud broke out and the lights went back on. People began to converse and file out of the building. Some people stayed, however. There was still an after party ware a few important people as well as some well paying attendees had a chance to talk to the models and hear a few words from the designer herself. Jungwoo included.

The poor boy was staving in his nicely fit outfit so he decided to head down a floor to find something to eat. The elevator doors opened to the dinning floor and Jungwoo got in line at a small bakery. He ordered a muffin, which he thought was much too overpriced, and found a seat at a nearby table.

Jungwoo ate in peace, contempt to have something in his stomach again and pulled out his phone to keep himself occupied. When he pressed the power button, a text notification lit up his screen. The blue headed boy wasn't surprised to see that the message was from none other than his dear friend, Haechan.

Haechan
How's the show going? I bet you're looking pretty nice in that outfit. ;)

Haechan
Has top model Lucas Wong noticed you yet? <3

Jungwoo rolled his eyes and shook his head at the messages. He began to reply.

Jungwoo
Shut up, Haechan. I'm not trying to get his attention.

The petite boy's friend replied in a few short seconds.

Haechan
Riiight.

Jungwoo put down his phone, ignoring his friend's message. He tried returning to his chocolate muffin but was interrupted by his phone buzzing once more.

Haechan
Okay, fine. You have that after party though, right? Please just make me happy (and do yourself a favour) and go talk to that guy.

Jungwoo scoffed at the message.

Jungwoo
I'm not talking to him, Haechan. He's famous. He's not going to notice me OR want me. :(

Haechan
Stop being so negative. Good luck! ;)

Jungwoo knew that he wasn't going to win the argument no matter how nervous he was to even get close to that attractive model. If he didn't try to talk to Lucas Wong, he knew that he would never hear the end of it the next time he spoke with Haechan. Haechan was stubborn and Jungwoo had to admit that he was a pushover for his younger friend.

The boy waited a little longer for the after party to begin and eventually left his seat and threw out his muffin wrapper in a nearby trash can. He took a deep breath and prepared for the conversation that he was hopefully going to have with that strikingly beautiful model.
