3rd P/O/V:

It has been about 10 months since the children's parents left to go back in the walls with their new friends that they have made, of course knowing that the two would go back into the battlefield scared the family , but no one wanted to think such negative thoughts. The family went back to the way it was before the surprise visit but instead of the atmosphere feeling dreary and dark like before, it felt more light and somewhat peaceful, calm almost, as if the tension was never there in the first place.

Laughter would fill the room during dinner or when the kids would play, instructions could be heard by the aunt teaching the kids when it was time for training, the sound of tapping glass could be heard by both the grandfather and uncle in the attic, while the grandmother would hum making delectable food in the kitchen. Yup, the tension and the atmosphere in the house was finally at rest, but how long will last?....

Sadly, not long enough...

Arn's P/O/V:

Aunt Katie was teaching us how to be stealthy outside for one of our training sessions, "This will help you three out just in case something happens. I rather have you guys be prepared than to not be prepared at all." , she told us.

I was up in the trees looking down on her analyzing on how and where I could attack her when Aimii jumped down next to me, careful not to make a sound or move a branch.

"Did you find a way we could get her?" she asked me.

" No. At least not yet." I said with a smirk, not looking at her but I knew she rolled her eyes at me.

"How's Kyrii doing?" I asked.

"Good, because she is smaller than both of us, she is able to get to a much higher ground, in other words..."

"A better view." I finished, and she was right.  Kyrii is six years old but her weight is light, so she would most likely be much better on higher ground than lower.

"I'm surprised your not following her lead, after all, you are short for an eleven-year-old" I smirked as she looked at me growling, "Shh do you want to blow our cover?" I teased her more.

She got irritated with me and left jumping on another tree gracefully, I will admit something, Aimii has skills, all of us do. I think that what makes us different from each other, Aimii skills were agility, balance, and reaction timing, Kyrii had balance and speed and a little coordination.

Me? I had power, speed and reaction time. All of us had something that made us feel like we were more different than ordinary people but then again, we never really associated with others than ourselves....does that make us different than others.

I wasn't paying attention until I noticed that everything was silent 'ugh, I'm becoming like Aimii with all this thinking' I carefully jumped down making sure I was quiet just in case Aunt Katie was still around. I stalked through the forest trying to listen out for anything that seemed out of place, the next thing I knew I was being tackled on the ground by Aimii.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" I yelled at her as she got up laughing holding her stomach.

"Oh my gosh! HA HA!! The look on your face was priceless!" she continued to laugh as I growled and look down on her, " Were suppose to be working as a team, remember!" I said through gritted teeth.

"Yeah, but that was getting boring so I went up to aunt Katie and suggested we play Turtle Hunt  (If you get that reference I love you and have a star!!)", she exclaimed happily. Turtle Hunt huh? Well, it has been a long time since we've played it. You see we played with our mom and dad all the time when we were bored or if they wanted to teach us something.

"Sure, I'm in. So whose it?" I asked looking at her.

"Kyrii is, she was the one who insisted that she should be it" she replied.

"Kyrii? Well, this should be easy" I said unworried.

"I don't know...I mean she has gotten better over the past few months" Aimii said thoughtfully.

Aimii was right, Kyrii has been more insistent on joining me and Aimii's training sessions instead of her own.  Her's is consisted of stealth, blending in, and smarts, while Aimii and I's are about fighting techniques, faith leaping ( Another reference hehe), stealth, smarts, manipulation and many more. I can truly say that I'm a proud big brother that she wants to learn more but also fearful of how much will it toll on her body and mind. Its a good thing she has us to help her with that, maybe that's why Auntie let's her..

x time skip to after the game (because I'm college doing this and is feeling slightly lazy) x

3rd P/O/V:

After 20 rounds of Turtle Hunt, the children decided that is was time to head back. As they were walking together, Kyrii took a look around lost and confused, for the atmosphere felt off...dangerous and suspenseful even. She stopped walking as fear rose up in her chest , Arn and Aimii stopped walking as well once the saw that their little sister wasn't following.

"Kyrii? What's wrong?" Arn asked, but Kyrii didn't say nor looked back but at the site the her eyes trailed too. Arn looked at his sister in confusion then looked backed at Aimii to see if she would know, only to find her in the same state. Arn finally looked at what they were looking at and gasped.......
