Bellatrix sat in a rocking chair trying to get away the back pain when she suddenly felt nauseous as ever before.
Just when she (almost) ran to the toilet Naricssa entered the room

Bellatrix ruched into the bathroom and threw up and Narcissa was right behind
- Oh

Naricssa sat down beside her sister and robbed her back and held her hair
- How are you feeling
- Nauseous, exhausted and my back hurts

- Why did you enter my room?
- The dark lord what to talk to you and Snape in the dungeons

Bellatrix stood up
- Bella are you sure you can do this?
- Yes the worst thing that can happen are that I throw up on the dark lord
- Well hurry then
10 seconds later in the dungeons
Voldemort stood in front of Bellatrix and Snape
- So you too know I am aware that you are going to have quintuplets
Snape was the one to be strong in this conversation

When Snape and Voldemort started to talk about the mission she just steered at the floor.

- Snape help her to the toilet and remember both of you that no one can know so Bella please hid your bump as well as you can as long as you can
Bellatrix nodded because if she opened her mouth she would throw up
