"nayoung, it was only a month break, i feel like i need more than just a month." i laughed.
"yeah, we should've at least changed your appearance to show people you had a glo-up. i mean other than your short hair and simple makeup, you still looking average." nayoung clowns me.
"hey! being average is better than trying so hard to look nice at school. i mean, it's school, you're gonna try hard to look nice for school? who cares."
"well with boys like kim doyoung or choi hyunsuk existing, you gotta look presentable to them." she says, all smiley.

"hey seyeon!" someone called my name as they passed by. "please check your shoelaces because i don't want that attractive face of yours to get hurt!"
i looked back, only to see that it was the popular park jihoon, who passed by, the one who's always caring of those around him.
"you're completely ignoring the fact that THE jihoon knows who you are and he called you attractive?!!" nayoung exclaims.
"you're a simp for these boys," i laugh. "it's not like they're celebrities. they're just a group of attractive school boys, that's all."
"hey seyeon, you left this water bottle in the other class, please stay hydrated." someone approached me, and it was kim junkyu, who quickly gave it and left.
"what is with me being so clumsy and forgetful today?" i rubbed my head in frustration.
"yeah look at you saying all that you simp magnet." nayoung rolls her eyes jokingly. "your academic skills AND visuals is what attracts all these guys."
"not true, but okay." i pat her back and continue to walk to class. as we were about to enter class, some girl purposely bumped into me, making me drop my books and notes.
i turned back at the girl who was heading towards someone. when i saw, the guy and i made eye contact for a bit before i went down to pick up my stuff.
