Time skip next day

Levi POV

UGH! I turn around to see the alarm on my phone went off for 7 am. Well I get dressed I look at my arms and see the cuts are starting to scar. Looking at them I let one tear drop and grab the blade. Quickly I have cut three deep cuts again blood started to drip. I throw the bloody blade on my bed and tried to not cry. I slapped myself then cleaned up the blood on my arms. I looked at myself and said with my voice slowly breaking,"Why did you leave me here with these FUCKING BASTARDS!" I slam my fist into the wall and make the 5th hole. I miss her so much why did she leave me. I never did anything with her. I sob trying to hold back my tears,"Mom p-please c-come back..." I feel dizzy and stumble over to the bed and grab the razor once again. Making 10 cuts on both of my arms each. I feel lightheaded and shake my head. Then I sit on the bed and look at my arms which were dripping with blood. I realized that I had 25 cuts on each arm.
I chuckle sadly mumbling,"Well I got my thighs that need some cuts too." One cut on my left thigh I screech out in pain. When I got to the fifth cut I black out.

Eren POV

I'm worried Levi's never late to school and he's not answering my texts. I hope I didn't make him too mad yesterday. But he might be hurt. After this class I'll say I'm sick amd if they don't believe me then I'll spit out chewed up cereal. Maybe on Armin who's another childhood friend of mine. I'm sorry but I think Levi goes first.

Time skip 5 minutes

Damn I'm so worried, I can't stop thinking of Levi maybe he's hurt. Wait I have leftover cereal my dad gave me and half a bottle of water. I tell Armin,"Act this out ok for me, I'm sick and I'll puke." "Wait what?!!" He says and gives me a confused look. I chew up the cereal and drink the bottle of water. I swish them in my mouth making me gag a little. All the students look at me and,"Bluahh, cough, cough, Bluahh!!" Eww all the students say. Teacher shouts at me,"Jeager go home!!!!!!!" I run out spitting the rest of the cereal in the trashcan.
I run three blocks straight because I had a twisted feeling Levi was hurt. I slam the door open to his house and slam the door shut then run up the stairs to his room. When I got to the door it was locked. I checked the time and it was passed lunch time. It seemed like his uncle Kenny left for work early in the morning. I bang on the door and no response and then I got really worried. I punched the door making a hole. I reach in and unlock it.
I open the door to see Levi on the bed with his arms covered in blood and his white shorts halfway drenched in blood. My eyes wide I grab Levi in my arms and carry him to the bathroom and set him by the bathtub gently. I took off his shirt and his pants by leaving his underwear on. I blush but turn on the water making sure it's warm. The bathtub is filled in minutes and Levi slightly wakes up but can't move. Slowly picking him up I set him in the tub. Levi slowly wakes up and grunts in pain. Gently tapping his wounds on his arms I hear him, I look up and tears are falling from my face I sob,"Thankgod!"

Levi POV

Warm water touching my wounds I grunt in pain. I see Eren sobbing hugging me. I'm fully naked except for my underwear. I lean back and feel a soft kiss on my forehead. Eren just kiss my forehead, I was too tired to really be aware of whats happening. I look down and the water is bloody and Eren shirt is bloody and all I managed to say,"That was me???" Eren then says,"why didn't you tell me FUCK YOU I L-LO......!" "What?" I say while grabbing his shirt with my wet hand. I growl at Eren,"Say that again!" I pull him closer and our faces are only inches apart.
