Starlight's POV-

It was nighttime. Fog surrounded me. The only thing I could see was the clear sky above. The fog cleared out, revealing a big road with cottages along each side. It was my old village.

I walked up the big road and entered in. It was isolated and looked nothing like it does now. Bland and boring, just like the original. My heart thumped harder as it seemed like the world was spinning and turning. Then, from in front of me, Party Favor appeared. He still had his blue, poofy hair and bright clothes.

"Party Favor?" I asked, confused.

"Why are you here, Starlight?" he said, leaning his head in.

That's when I noticed that there were the rest of the people that lived in the town surrounding me, and staring at me with these angry expressions. My breathing got heavy.

"You're not supposed to be here!" a woman said from behind me.

"Did you really think we'd be okay with you coming here?" Party favor said.

"I-I don't know why I'm here!" I said shakily, my body almost frozen from fear.

"Like we'd still want to be your friends!"

"Who wants to be friends with you!"

"Twilight is lying to you!"
"Trixie could care less!"
"Sunburst doesn't want to still be friends with you, and you know it!"

They came closer and closer and their words echoed and echoed as darkness slowly caved in until everyone was gone.

My eyes opened quickly. I was out of breath from waking up from the violent dream I had. I shut my eyes for a minute and caught up on what had just happened.

When I opened my eyes again, I realized that I was in the library, looking at the all the bookshelves. I lifted my head up. I was sitting in a chair at the biggest table in the room. There were books stacked to the side of me and on the other side of the table, right by Sunburst who had fallen asleep in an open book. I didn't remember falling asleep. Last thing I remember was Sunburst, Trixie and I in the library all night looking through books, trying to find that dumb stone spell to see if there was an antidote for it. Well, Trixie wasn't really looking she was more complaining.

It was morning, all right. The sun was shining through the glass above. I turned over to Sunburst.

"Sunburst!" I whisper-yelled at him.

He didn't move. He was still sound asleep. I was sure he'd done this often since all he did was read most the time.

"Sunburst!" I said a little louder.

His head shot up. His glasses were still on his face, halfway to falling off and crooked.

"Huh? What?" he said startled.

"Sunny!" I said.

He looked over at me and fixed his glasses.

"What?" he said with tired eyes.

"Did we fall asleep?" I asked.

Sunburst leaned back in his chair and pushed his hair out of his face.

"You did," he said. "I must have after you."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

I was confused. It had to of taken a lot to get me to just sleep like that. I don't know why but lately it hasn't been such a hassle to get some rest. I've never been able to do that. My nightmares won't let me.
