That day was the best day of my life. It was the day I found out I had to get braces and cried all day at school,I thought it was the worst day until you walked up to me,leaving your friends behind and joining me by the big oak tree on the playground with a snickers bar,you gave it to me and asked what was wrong. I explained to you that I had to get braces and all you did was smile "why are you smiling? It's not a happy moment!" I wiped away my tears and tore the wrapper open,pulling it halfway down the candy bar "except it's not that bad really, I have to get braces to and plus you'll look cute in your braces!" I smiled and took a bite of the delicious candy bar thanks you so nicely gave to me "thanks!" You smiled "no problem!" And you got up,heading back to your friends but I grabbed you hand and you whipped around with confusion written on your features "Bracket buddies?"I smiled and was happy to see that you smiled back "of course! Bye my most favorite bracket buddy!" I giggled and watched as you ran back over to your friends and the thought of getting braces weren't that bad anymore.

It had been two weeks since Logan's 7th birthday and my kids would not stop whining about how they wanted their birthday early and I've lost count of how many times I've had to explain to my sweet angels that you only had your birthday once a year and it was meant to be on the day God intended it to be and how I couldn't control which day their birthday was and I most definitely couldn't speed it up. At this moment I was snuggled up to Xander and Jr and we are watching a movie that John stared in. The boys were laughing and kept pointing out that they saw their daddy. Xander was only 3 but he looked up to Jr and did anything he did.
At the end of the movie when the credits started playing Jr screamed "LOOK I WAS IN A MOVIE!!!!!!" as he pointed to Johnny's name on the screen "hon, no you weren't daddy was!" I chuckled out, he pouted "same thing"he huffed I laughed and pulled him closer to me and kissed his cheeks "I wove you mommy!" He said kissing my cheeks "I wove you too!" I imitated a baby's voice "heyyyy, I wove you more!"Xander wined,cuddling into my chest,I kissed his forehead "don't worry I wove you to my baby!" We all chuckled and Xander fell asleep.
When I went to say something about it to Jr I realized he was asleep also and sighed before closing my eyes and trying to go to sleep to.
