Alex's POV:

One second I'm staring at Y/N and the second my eyes shot open.

Was I dreaming? No I can't even sleep...

Ugh, I feel so weird...

Wait, Y/N and Amá!

I quickly look around but my eyes land on Y/N. A sigh of relief escapes my lips as I approach her quickly. "I-I don't know what just happened....but I felt-" I stop once I see her face expression. My brows furrow "What's wrong-" I was stopped as she let out "Alex..." Her eyes start to fill with tears.

"Yeah? What's wrong?" I ask quickly going in front of her. I stare into her eyes searching them and waiting for her to respond but she goes right through me....I freeze and just stand there shocked.

No...

I turn around and see her run inside the house.

No, no, no...

I follow her inside "Come on, this isn't funny" She said with a frown while looking around frantically. "I'm right here!" I shout going in front of her again, she just continued to look around. "Y/N I'm right here!" I cry out desperately and tears form.

No, not her...

"Come on Habibi, I'm right here" She stops and hope rises in me but she walks back to the front door. "He's gone..." She let out a sob and tears start going down her face. "I'm right here..." I say weakly to her. "Hello" I hear and turn to see this person.

"Alexis, right?" They questioned and I look over at Y/N then over to the person again. I just give them a slow nod. "Ready to go to New World?" They asked and stare at them for a couple seconds before turning back Y/N. My brows furrow as she lets out a sob.

This is for the best...

I kneel down in front of her. "I'm sorry..." I say softly as I stare at her she continued to cry in her hands. Tears started to form in my eyes but I wipe them away "I never wanted to hurt you this way..." I take a deep breath "But I know this is the best for the both of us..." I give her a weak smile but frown once she looks up and wipes her eyes.

"You'll be okay...I just know it." I wipe my nose and let out a sigh "I want to thank you...For the best time I've had in this world" I say smiling and she takes a deep breath "You mean a lot to me Habibi and I won't forget you" I say placing a soft kiss on her forehead. I then get up and turn and walk over to the person.

Don't fucking look back

I ball my hands into fists fighting the urge. I was now in front of the person "I'm ready to go to New World" I say, they nod and even though I told myself not to, I take one last glance at Y/N who was slowly standing up. "Bye Habibi" I say.

My eyes shot open and I had that weird feeling again and look around. "This is where you'll be staying," The person said motioning to the room we were in. Well it wasn't even a room it was just pure blank. "You can make it look like whatever you please and here, follow me" They press into the air and look over at me as I just stood there.

They gave me a look as in 'I'm waiting for you' I raise a brow but press in the air like they did and see things pop up. "Here, you can look at whatever you please, memories of yours, how your loved ones and friends are doing..." They start ranting on but I stopped listening as I examine the other options.
