Y/N's POV:

After having dinner and explaining to Alex the things that have been going on. Which is just my promotion for work and how I've been helping 'Them' get to New World. I even get into some of the background stores of those I have helped. When we finish we head to my room and I was about to get ready for bed when Alex points out "I don't have any other clothes..." He said "Right..." I mumble out and think for a moment "Let's go to the store then...We can get all the things you need" I say and he nods.

I put on a hoodie since it was pretty chilly out "I can give you a blanket or something" I say looking over at Alex who was sitting on the edge of my bed "I'm going to look like a old homeless man" He said "And that's new because....?" I let out and he laughs lightly "Wow okay" He said getting up and I throw the blanket over at him and he wraps it around himself even covering his head with it "I'm fucking ready" He said and I laugh "Let's go then homeless man" I say.

We head inside the store and search for some clothes first "This looks comfy" Alex said holding some pajamas pants "Just get whatever you want" I say as I look through some shirts "oh anything? Then I'm getting myself some Thanos figures" He said about to leave "Things you need" I say.

"Everyone needs at least one Thanos figure in their life" He said trying to hold a straight face but I can see the smile that wants to form "Kidding, okay I'm going to get some jeans and shirts and try them on" He said and quickly hand him the T-shirts I was examining "This suits you" I say "And exactly my style. Thanks Habibi. I'll be right back" He said grabbing some clothes then heading to dressing room.

I wait for Alex he comes out wearing jeans and a t-shirt but he was holding a wallet "I found this in my pocket" He said and hands it to me I open it and see an ID "Nick Howard" I read the name and stared at the picture. Alex hovered over my shoulder to look as well and rests his chin on my shoulder "He was 27" Alex mumbles.

"Hmm..." I let out and he notices the beanies that were under my arm "Ooo" He lets out and I let him grab them. He places one on his head and lets out a sigh "I think we got everything" He said "Get more pajamas and a hoodie or sweater it's getting cold out now. Also make sure to get the other things..." I say.

"Like my underwear?" He asked knowing I didn't want those words to escape my mouth "Yes" I say my face heating up a bit "Aw Habibi's blushing agaaiin" He teases I scoff "Just go change back to the other clothes" I say walking away. As I walk I stare down at the ID again before closing the wallet and stuffing it in my purse.

I start my search for getting the other things Alex will need such as deodorant, shampoo, a toothbrush, and etc. "Hey I got everything" I turn to see Alex with a cart that carried some clothes "Oh okay" I say holding the basket with the rest of things he'll need. "Let's go pay then" I say and we start making our way to the cashier when Alex suddenly stops.

"Yes!" He cheers and I see him push the cart to this rack of beanies all over. He grabs one and places it on his head "Thank god" He said pulling it more down so it covered his eyes "My head feels less naked" He said with a smile and I slowly lift it up and adjust his he stares down at me and I stare up at him "You're funny if you think I'm going to buy you this" I joke just to mess with him "Why are you so cruel...?" He questioned stunting his eyes.

His face then lights up "HA, JOKES ON YOU! I GOT A CARD!" He exclaimed loudly earning glances from other shoppers "You forgot that I'm the open who has the wallet" I say smirking and then quickly placing the basket in the cart and push him away from it so I can take charge and dash to the cash register.

Before I could though, a pair of arms pull me and I turn my head meeting Alex's gaze. My back was pressed against his chest as he held me "Let goo" I whine trying to get out of his grip but he just nuzzles my neck  and lets out a small "Noooo" I let out a sigh and lean against him "I'll get you the beanies if you let me go" His arms quickly let me go and I start pushing the cart to the cash register a small blush on my face.

After paying For everything Alex held the bags as we start to make our way out the store. We had to make a stop to put away the cart and basket. Once I was done I turn to Alex with a faint smile but it goes away once I see his expression
"What's wrong..." I turn to see what he was looking at.

It was just this window with our reflections. "You okay?" I ask turning back he stares for a couple seconds more before looking down at me "Yeah, yeah, I'm good." He said giving me a soft nod "Let's go home" I nod and we make our way to my car.

I had just finished taking a shower right after Alex had and I was now in my pajamas. I left the bathroom door open as I brushed my teeth "Hi" I look to see Alex pop his head in the doorway "Is it okay If I brush my teeth in here too?" He asked and I just nod my head and he makes his way next to me and we both brushed our teeth in silence.

As we enter my room I stop and stare at the bed "Ugh, I can sleep in the living room if you want..." He said "It's okay" I say turning to him "You don't have to do that" I say and he nods and the atmosphere kinda becomes awkward.

It's not awkward unless you make it awkward...

I climb into bed and Alex heads over to the other side. The room was silent as my back faced his "Ugh, good night Alex..." I say "Wait, here." I turn to face him and he was sitting up and then looks over at me. I was honestly just admiring how he looked right now...His hair was still a bit wet from the shower and little strains were poking out. The only light in the room was the moonlight that was coming from the window behind him.

He then motions the pillow in his hand towards me "What, no, you use it." I say moving the pillow towards him. He puts it right next to me and lays back down "I'm good. Anyways, I know you like cuddling with your pillows so..." I stare at him and he stares back at me "Here, lift your head up" I say and he does and I place the pillow underneath his head.

We were closer and continue to stare at each other "I think I found a replacement for my pillows" I say "Is that so?" He said tilting his head a bit "Well I mean I guess it's cool that I'm your second choice" He said now soft sniffling "I'm fine, I'm fine" He said lifting his hand up. We both laugh softly and once it dies down I move closer to him.

"Mind being my pillow?" I ask "I was kinda hoping that you'd no longer need pillows from now on" He said as he wraps his arms around me. "Yeah, I don't think I'll need them" I say cuddling up to him "Night Alex..." I mumble closing my eyes "Night Habibi" I feel his soft lips on my forehead. A soft smile spreads across my face as we both drift off to sleep.
