Y/N's POV:

It's been a year since Alex has been gone...I'm now 23, the age he was when he passed. I still think about him...Hell, I'm thinking about him right now. A lot of things remind me of him and there's times where I think he's here...Ugh, anyways, I've been helping 'Them' out after he left.

Grace went to New World after I talked to her family. I have helped at least..Actually it's too many to count. I'm currently trying to help this guy named Adam. "Tomorrow's the day" I say while getting in bed. "I don't know...Y/N..." He let out "Don't worry about anything but, I do want to ask if there are any other things you wanted to tell your parents?" I ask.

"Well...Okay, so, I haven't told you the whole story..." He said and I raise a brow "What? Adam, I told you, you have to be honest with me if you want to really go to New-" He stops me. "I know, I know, I'm sorry" I cross my arms and wait for him to continue.

"So I'm transgender...I moved out of my parents place without giving a warning to my dad...He's against the LGBTQ community...Well, at least I think so, I just heard he made jokes and had his little comments about the community... Once I started to earn more money I got an apartment and started my transition to become...Well me..."

He looks down as tears started to form"My mom contacted me telling me that my dad kept asking about me everyday and that he was worried" He said "I finally got the courage to go see him and come out" He looks up at me "I did get in that car accident but I didn't tell you the part where I was actually heading to my parents place them..."

I let out a soft sigh and tilt my head a bit "You're still here because you were never able to reunite..." I say and he shrugs lightly. I sit up with my back straight "You're going to see your parents," I say confidentiality. He stares at me with uncertainty in his eyes "I promise." I say with a small smile and he smiles softly and nods his head.

*Skip to da the next day*

I was standing in Adam's front yard just finishing explaining the everything to his parents. "You really expect us to believe our daughter is some sort of ghost?" Adam's father questioned as his wife stared down at the grass with her hand holding his arm. "If you think this is some sort of joke you can pull-" I stop her.

Adam had told me some things that only him and his parents would know. So once their story together slips out my mouth they just stare at me. "How-" Adam's mom put her hand over her mouth. "The reason Adam is still here is because he wasn't able to see the two of you" I say they exchange glances at each other before looking back at me.

I look over at Adam and nod my head. He lets out a shaky breath and nods his head softly, changing his form and approaching his parents who continued to stare at me. He goes in the middle of both his parents and slowly places his hands on their shoulders and they both let out a small gasp as they look over where Adam had placed his hand.

"Is that him...?" She asked and her husband looks over at her with a shocked and confused expression "Him..?" He let out "Yes him" She said "He's now true to himself..." She said smiling softly "She's transgender?" He asked "He's now true to himself" She repeats "Adam moved out afraid you wouldn't accept him..." I say. 

"So this coldness..." He let out "It's him..." I say calmly "Adam...Honey...H-How are you?" His mother asked and Adam smiles softly as tears escape his eyes "I'm good mom" He said nodding softly "He said he was good" I say as tears formed in my eyes "A-Adam...I'm sorry I made you feel like...You had to go and leave..." His father spoke softly "Your my child, and nothing can change the fact that I still love you" His father spoke with tears escaping his eyes.

"We will love you no matter what..." A sob escaped his mom's lips "You are finally yourself...Go and show everyone how beautiful your colors are" His mother said as she wiped her tears away. I look over at Adam and he was crying "They still love me" He said laughing lightly as if not believing it "Of course they do" I say with a smile and he looks over at me and smiles softly. Then he's gone....

I walk down the sidewalk going towards my car. I swirl my car keys around my fingers but stop once they almost slip out.

Will Adam meet Alex...?

I let out a sigh and get in my car and start heading home.

As I approach my front door I felt like something was watching me. So calmly reaching my hand in my purse making it look like I was reaching for my keys which were in my pocket I go for the pepper spray instead.

That's when a hand is placed on my shoulder and I quickly take out the pepper spray and aim "OH SHIT- WAIT DON'T" I freeze and slowly put the pepper spray down.

That voice..

The person was looking down with their hands up to block the spray. "Who the hell are you?" I ask as I lift my hand up again to keep my aim. They slowly put their hands down which kept me on guard. They lift their head up and my c/e eyes meet with a pair of brown ones. "Ugh, Hi. It's been awhile Habibi..."
