9. end of year

Jessica's POV
I woke up in a white room with a terrible headache. I tried to sit up but immediately regretted that decision because all my muscles were stiff. I looked next to me and saw Harry sleeping in the bed next to me. Then I looked on the other side and saw Fred and George both asleep in their chairs. I felt asleep again and woke up that morning to see them now awake. They both looked really exhausted. Opened my eyes all the way and George gave Fred, who was almost sleeping again, a stomp and said 'she's awake, she's finally awake'. I heard Harry cheering behind me. Then Fred joked 'took her long enough' 'hey' I said. 'How long have I been out?' I asked '3 days' George answered. 'How did you make that fire ball shoot to Quirrel in there?' Harry asked. It seems like he has been wanting to ask this question for a while. I didn't know what I should tell Harry but right at that moment Professor Dumbledore walked in and said 'I shall help Jessica explain that' both of the weasley twins and Harry Jumped, I chuckled. Then Dumbledore gave me a look that said 'be quiet and let me do the talking' then Dumbledore started talking 'Jessie could produce a fireball because she is an elemental that means she can control the elements' 'cool' the twins said in a hushed voice. I felt myself blushing a bit, then George said 'Jessie your hair is turning Pink'. I took a deep breath to stop my hair from turning pink and explained 'That is because I am an metamorphmagus' 'a what?' harry asked. 'A metamorphmagus it means that I can change my appearance at will' I explained and again the weasley twins chorused 'cool'. ( this happened after the talk Dumbledore had with Harry)

Dumbledore left and Fred, George and Harry, watched as I used my metamorphmagus powers, I used them to look like all kinds of people, the professors, Slytherins and Gryffindor. 'That is hilarious' Fred said 'and it would be really helpful with pranks' George added. 'yes indeed I added in Fred's voice. Fred and George looked at me and started laughing. Then madam Pomfrey entered and said 'out, out, out you two, Harry and Jessie need rest' she pushed Fred and George out of the hospital wing. 'can we please go to the end of year feast tomorrow madam pomfrey' I asked, 'Dumbledore said I should let you go' Madam pomfrey said.

The next day we left the hospital wing for the feast Slytherin won the house cup so I wasn't really excited.

Third person POV
At the beginning of the feast Dumbledore stood up and said 'another year has past and the house cup needs rewarding. but recent events have to be accounted. to mister Ronald Weasley I award 40 points for the best game of wizards chess Hogwarts has ever seen, to mis Hermoine Granger I award 40 points for the use of cool logic in the face of fire, To mister Harry potter for pure nerve and outstanding courage I award 50 points, then to mis Jessie black for her Courage and wit I award 30 points'. the gryffindor cheered we were tied with slytherin. "there are all kinds of courage, It takes a great amount of courage to stand up to your enemies and an even greater amount to stand up to your friends. I award 10 points to mister Neville Longbottom". The Gryffindors cheered so did the Hufflepufs and Ravenclaws. After a long time the Gryffindors went to the common room and partied until late in the night. Fred and George were one of the only ones still in the common room they were both bend over a piece of parchment.

Jessica's POV
I saw Fred and George muttering a spell at a piece of parchment. I walked to them and asked "hey what are you doing?" Fred replied "working on this piece of parchment" I looked at the parchment and saw this 'Moony, Wormtail, whitefoot, Padfoot and prongs are proud to present THE MARAUDERS MAP' I looked again at the names and Gasped, I Recognized the names It are the names of my stuffed animals: a wolf, two dogs, a stag and a rat, I also had a doe called Deer. I thought back to think why I called my stuffed animals that way when I heard someone call 'JESSIE, EARTH TO JESSIE' I looked at George waving his hand in my face and said "what is it"? You gasped and then zoned out' George said 'when you looked at our map'Fred added. 'can I see the map'I asked 'yeah why not' Fred said and he showed it to me. I looked at it and watched all the dots with names walk trough the school. 'How do you work it' I asked. Fred and George explained 'when you want to open it you say I solemnly swear that I am up to no good. and to close it you say mischief managed'. 'Hey, Guys could I borrow it over the summer?'I asked.  Why? they asked. well I want to learn all the secret passageways and I want to prank the professors and House elfs this summer and this would be useful' I explained. The real reason was that I wanted to examine it and try to find out what those names meant. I could see that I had Fred and George's attention wen I started about Pranks. 'Well okay' they said 'but If you rip it or lose it or get it confiscated you will definitely be sorry' They said threatening. they closed the map and gave it to me.

The next day
this day everyone was going back home again I hated this day because every summer I was very alone. This summer was going to be even longer because I have made more friends than ever, but Harry, Hermoine and all the Weasleys promised to write me. I walked to breakfast and met everyone there we ate and then I helped everyone pack. after lunch I went to the train station with everyone. I hugged my The Weasley twins, Ron, Hermoine and lastly Harry. 'I am really going to miss you guys, I hate this about the summer holiday'I said. 'I understand, I hate summer Holiday because I am going to miss you guys and because I am going back to the Dursleys' Harry said. 'come on were going home' Hermoine said, Then harry said 'I'm not going home not really' they stepped in the train and I waved a few tears trickling down my face. Hagrid laid a hand on my shoulder and said 'I know you made a lot of friends this year but you will make it trough the summer holiday'. 'Thanks Hagrid' we walked back to the castle and I thought by myself "this is going to be a long Holiday"
