"Adoption?" Zach asked, looking over at Jack, "well yeah, sorry I know adoption is an option but wouldn't it be so cool if we had a surrogate?"
"Zach, there's millions of children that need homes, what's so bad about adoption?"
"Nothing, of corse" Zach said nervously and plopped down on their shared bed.
"Then what's the matter?"
"Well, I don't know" zach began and laid down, "we just got married and we still live with the other boys"
"We got married three months ago, and don't worry, we're moving soon" Jack said and pecked his husbands cheek, laying down next to him.
"I want kids"
"Yeah, well we have a problem" jack said and sat up.
"What?"
"You're still eighteen, Zach. We might be moving too fast for your parents liking-"
"I'm almost nineteen"
"Yeah, but i was lucky enough to convince your dad to let me marry you"
Zach nodded and pulled the blanket over him some more, "I just don't want you to leave me"
"I would never, baby" Jack said and kissed Zach's cheek softly, looking up at the younger boy.
Zach sighed loudly and glaring down at Jack's arms, "what's wrong?" Jack asked, worrying for his husband.
"You keep saying you're never going to leave me" Zach said and frowned, "but you already did, before"
"Zac-"
"You tried leaving me many times before, but you left for two years" Zach said and pushed himself off of Jack, "I don't want to get hurt again"
"Where is this coming from?" Jack asked and sat up, putting his shirt back on.
"I'm just- sad" Zach said shrugging, pulling up his sweatpants.
"Sad about what?"
"Us"
"Zac-"
"You're going to mess up again and you're going to have to leave again. You will be gone again for-"
"Zach! Stop, I'm not leaving again" Jack yelled standing up quickly, placing his hands on Zach's cheeks, "never again" Jack whispered while staring into Zach's brown orbs.
"Are you sure?"
Jack nodded and sat down on their bed, watching Zach as he got changed. Jack couldn't help but feel bad for the troubles he put the boys through.
"I'm sorry" Jack blurted out and looked up at Zach with sad eyes, "I didn't mean to hurt you- or leave for that long. It wasn't my intentions. Things happened and I-"
"I know, it wasn't your fault" Zach said nodding while he deodorant on, "I'll see you later, okay?" He said and bent down, kissing Jack on his lips and walking out the room.
"Yeah" Jack weakly said after Zach walked out.
