"I-" Jonah began to say but stopped himself, "I love you" he continued, staring at himself in the mirror.
He straightened out his jacket, ready to conquer his only quest for the day.
"You got this, Jonah. You are hot, no, you are sexy" he said to himself smiling, "anyone who says no to you is missing out on their life"
"C'mon, Jonah! I've had to use the bathroom for the last fifteen minutes" Jack Avery said pounding on the door, "please I'm in dire need" he screamed.
"Jesus Christ, Jack. Fine I'm done" the older boy said swinging the door open.
"wow, i'm surprised that the 'sexy' Jonah is talking to me!" Jack squealed as he wrapped his arms around Jonah,
mocking the words that came out of his mouth.
Jonah rolled his eyes and squirmed his way from Jack's hands pushing him away, "tell anyone about what you heard and you're dead- Avery" Jonah said glaring the curly haired boy.
"oh don't worry, Jonah. i want to be dead," Jack joked as he slammed the bathroom door shut and quickly peed.
"okay, I got this" Jonah said to himself as he walked down the steps of the long hallway facing him, "i just have to say it to Daniel and all of the stress will be gone," he whispered loudly before hearing a soft voice behind him.
"tell me what?" Daniel asked taking a bite of his bagel and looking over at the older boy.
"n-nothing"
"obviously it's something that's gotten you so bothered, babe" Daniel said, his blue eyes piercing into Jonah's dull green eyes.
"i'm in love with you," Jonah said quickly and slapped a hand over his mouth before anymore word vomit could come up.
Daniel stood there shocked, joined by Jack and Corbyn.
"oh gosh," Jack muttered slapping his forehead, "this is what you were talking about in the bathroom?" Jack asked and shook his head.
"Jack, i will end your life so violently. you have no idea what i am capab-"
"Jonah, don't threaten our friend with bodily harm. it's okay- you want to know why?"
"why?" Jonah asked. His eyes were shooting darts toward Jack's head, causing amusement to Jonah.
"because i love you so so much. more than you think- more than a friend. i'm also very in love with you and i think we should go on a date tonight," Daniel said taking small steps toward Jonah while a face lit up on his face.
"i would love that" Jonah said smiling widely and glancing back over to Jack, "i guess i won't have to hurt you tonight" Jonah sneered and grabbed Daniel's hand dragging him out of the kitchen.
"well, if one things for sure- you're staying alive!" Corbyn said breaking the awkward silence.
"oh yeah, yippee for me" Jack mumbled grabbing a box of cereal and heading back up to his room.

"there are two and half baths, three bedrooms, one living room, and a family room. perfect house to start a family in. not too big and not too small," the lady said to the two boys in front of her, "any questions?"
"how fast can we buy it? i really like it and i think it'll be a good fresh start for us," Jack Avery said looking over at Zach.
"well, we can put in an offer in hopes the owner will choose yours. now, there aren't a lot of offers in so far, but i will put in a good word," the realtor said once again and smiled, "enjoy the rest of your day," she said before walking to her car.
Jack and Zach stood in front of the small house, and staring at the beautiful exterior, "we need this house," Zach said breathlessly.
"we do, and we will get it" Jack said with a smile, "we can finally start living our life to the fullest," Jack said once again and turned toward the boy he loved, "we can start a family, have family parties, dinner parties, oh go-"
"baby, you're too excited" Zach said laughing at Jack's inner dork.
"i am, you should be too," Jack replied smiling back at his husband, "i want us to have this- for us to move onto the next step"
"well we have a problem," Zach said looking down at their intertwined hands.
"what?"
"how are we going to break the news to the boys that we want to move out?"
"i think they'll be happy for us, wouldn't you think?"
Zach shrugged and grabbed the car keys from his pocket, "only one way to find out" he said and unlocked the truck.
