"Court date is in a week. Dress nicely and innocently. You don't want to give the judge any reason to think you're guilty and wanted the forcible sex. Okay?" Barba said to Jack and the other four boys.

"Okay." Jack said and nodded his head slowly. "Should I be afraid of anything happening?" Jack asked.

Barba shook his head and folded his hands. "Just say the truth, and only the truth. You'll be under oath, if anything they will try to make it sound like you wanted to have sex with three forty year old men."

Jack nodded his head and played with his hands, zoning out on the rest of the conversation.

It was until Daniel began to talk when Jack snapped back to reality. "Ready?" He said and jack nodded his head standing up.

"Thanks Barba." Jack said and shook his hand.

The boy sat in silence on the car ride home, the only sound was the breathing the five boys were doing.

"Jack?" Zach whispered into his ear, grabbing his hand.

"Yeah?" Jack asked and looked into his boyfriends eyes.

"I don't want you to be nervous. You're going to be okay. They'll get what they deserve." Zach said and kissed his hand.

"I know baby, but it's nerve wrecking knowing I'll have to see them soon." Jack whispered back and sadly smiled.

Jack looked around the truck and noticed how Daniel carefully drove down the street and everyone else was just on their phone.

"I love you so much, I couldn't do this without you." Jack smiled and kissed Zach's cheek. "Hey, Daniel? Do we have to pick up Emily?"

"No, she's staying with my mom for the next two days. After, she'll be with Jonah's mom." Daniel said bluntly and kept his eyes on the road.

"Oh." Jack said and trailed off.
