Kleins POV:

"I've only been back to work for a week and I already want to kill myself"

"I'm not too sure about that, but at least it better than risking our lives every day in a video game," Agil said while cleaning a glass

"I guess that's true, but at least then I was able to sleep in and go out to level whenever I felt like it"

I was sitting at Agil's shop, the Dicey Cafe, and was eating a salad for my lunch break. I was currently working at my old job which I had before entering SAO. I was lucky to be able to keep my job, however many survivors of SAO hadn't been able to get their old jobs back and weren't able to get new ones either due to them being inactive in society for more than two whole years.

"Hey, at least be happy you got a job. I've heard that more than eighty percent of the SAO survivors are unemployed and those that don't have money have gone homeless"

I stared at him with shock. People have gone homeless? I thought about my own family and how we were really poor and how everyone in the family had to work in order to manage. Luckily the government was paying the bills for the players in SAO. If my family had to pay...I couldn't even imagine how far in the negative we would be.

"Yea I guess your right"

"Of course I'm right and you should get a move on, its almost time," Agil said while pointing at the clock

"Ugh...well I'll see you tomorrow Agil"

"See ya"

I walked out of the Dicey Cafe and started to head towards my workplace. It was only just a ten-minute walk down the road and was in a giant warehouse which was about half the size of an American Football Stadium. I entered the warehouse and swiped my card for access into the main storage area. I then started to grab a couple of shipments and placed them in their assigned truck. Then a young man with blonde hair walked up to me.

"Hey Ryoutarou, how was your lunch break" the man said while picking up a couple of boxes next to me.

"It was alright, how about you Kei"

"It was alright, but I did hear something about you" the young man replied

"Yea, and what was that"

"I don't really know the specifics, however, I do know that the storage space one manager wishes to meet you"

"Well, that can't be go-" I was about to say but was cut off by the intercom

"Ryoutarou Tsuboi, please report to room 108"

I placed the current shipment box in my hand into the truck and started to walk off towards the room I had been told to go to.

"Good luck bro," Kei said when I walked past him

"Y-yea thanks"

I walked down the hall and got to room 108. I knocked on the door and I heard someone say "come in". I entered the room to see my boss sitting at his desk looking up from his computer with a serious face. Oh no.

"Take a seat please Mr.Tsuboi"

I sat down in the chair in front of him and waited for him to speak.
