Kirito POV:

Asuna and I walked around for ten minutes before we saw a park. Both of us decided to walk around the park before I returned her home. We walked around the park, Asuna was holding my arm tightly as if she was scared that I would run away from her. We walked around silently and enjoyed the nice breeze that would hit our face with only the street lamps there to light up our path.

Asuna let go of my hand and walked to a nearby tree and sat under it and patted the ground next to her signaling me to join her. I walked over and lay down on the ground, Asuna then lay down as well and rested her head on top of my chest and the two of us enjoyed the view of the night sky.

"Asuna, I love you," I said without even realizing

"I love you as well Kirito" she replied while giggling to herself

I thought back to all of the memories I shared with Asuna back in SAO. From the time when the two of us first met at the boss raid meeting to our last moments watching the steel castle of Aincrad crumbling in the sky.

"Hey, Asuna, What are we now?" I asked her since our marriage had occurred in the virtual world, no the real.

She looked over to me with a shocked face. She then replied to my question saying "What do you want us to be..." with a very sad tone

I suddenly realized that I hurt Asuna with that question and quickly tried to recover.

"No no no, that's not what I meant. I was asking since our marriage occurred in that world and since we haven't met in real life before, I was just confused about what was happening between us" I said while sitting back up.

She laughed at me quickly trying to fix the situation

"I know what you meant Kirito, I was thinking about it myself. I never really worried about it back in SAO since I didn't think we would have to worry about it since we still had many more floors to beat. But now that we are here, we have to talk about it, huh" She said with a small smile at the tip of her mouth

Asuna POV:

I thought about what Kirito had asked me and wondered how I was gonna get this through with my parents and thought about my problem about being Sugrue's future wife. I thought about how I was gonna reveal these problems to Kirito but decided that if I wanted to be with him, I had to let him know now rather than him figuring it out later.

"Kirito"

"Yea"

"There's something I have to tell you..." I said while lowering my head

"Whats wrong Asuna" He responded after quickly realizing that something was wrong

"I'm not really sure how to tell you this," I said while keeping my head lowered

"Hey Asuna, no matter what it is the two of us will get through it. We were some of the best front liner, whatever the real world throws at us can't be worse than fighting with monsters to the death" He said while lifting my chin so that eyes would look into his. I nodded at him
