Another day.....
Hinihintay ko si Alex [Daniel] dito sa labas ng room nila. Ganito ako lagi. i dont want to miss anything. Weird ko ba? sory... inlove eh.
"Hi ALEXXX!!!!" sabi este sigaw ko sakanya.
"psh. can you please get away from me? nakakasawa pagmumukha mo!!" sigaw niya sakin. I was taken aback but i sitll kept composure. I cant cry now so i just smiled.
"sorry di pwede eh. Sabi ni Lord... guardian angel mo ako and i was destined to you. Kaya you cant argue with destiny let alone God! " sabi ko sakanya haha ang weird ng explanation ko noh? hhaha
"ANO BA? EVERYDAY KA NA BA GANITO?"
"uhm... YUP" i said popping the "p"
"urgh!!! whatever! wag na wag kang susunod sakin. " sabi niya then walked away. Napabuntong hininga nalang ako.
Pumunta na ako sa canteen. There i saw Alex lining up to get food. Then suddenly... may naalala ako!
"ALex! WAIT! you dont have to line up." sabi ko sakanya the time na makaharap ko siya.
"At bakit naman hindi? " tanong niya na super mataray. Yung totoo?? bakla ba siya? haha jk lang. Love ko yan eh.
"Nagluto ako ng favorite mo. Dont worry that's totally safe naman eh." sabi ko sakanya. Hindi parin siya umiimik.
"uhm... here! Ayoko kasing nililipasan ka eh. baka magkasakit ka pa." sabi ko sakanya. Finally he spoke.
"Will you just leave me alone? Hindi kita kailangan ok? May girlfriend nako! cant you understand that?" sabi tapos tinabig niya yung food na linuto ko.
pinagtitinginan na kami ng tao sa cafeteria pero okay lang yun sakin.
"OMG! ang landi pala nung girl"
"Oo nga. Grabe. Balak landiin si Daniel."
"Kala mo mabait. May baho rin palang tinatago"
"Landiin ba naman ang taong may girlfriend na"
Nagbulungan pa sila.
"ANO! DI MO AKO TITIGILAN? " sigaw niya sakin.
umiling lang ako. Nag smile nalang ako sakanya before i walked away.
Hay..... kailan mo ba ako mamahalin Alex.
Pumunta nalang ako sa rooftop.
"Bes....." narinig kong sabi ni Julia.
"Bes okay ka lang ba?" tanong niya
"YUP! Totally fine" sabi ko sabay punas luha at todo smile.
"Alam mo ba. phsycology says the most told lie ever is the statement 'Im fine' "
Grabe kilala niya talaga ako.
She hugged me from behind. Tumayo naman ako and i faced her. I cried harder. Kailangan ko talaga best friend ko ngayon....
"Shh.... Tahan na bes... diba sabi mo? everything will be worth it. God will give you the things you deserve and more in exchange for your selfless sacrifices." sabi niya sakin in a soothing voice. I know she's trying to comfort me.
"Thanks bes. I know i could count on you always." I said then I hugged her. These are the moments i love to share with my best friend.
Those times wen you feel left behind. The times when the world let you down... Your best friend will always be there to pick you right up.
hayy..... the day will come..... Alex will love me.
