~(Y/N) P.O.V~
You and your brother have been friends with the gang most of your life. But Steve and Soda you guys are like the 3 musketeers. You guys have been friends since like ever. You did everything together as kids. You would play in the yard, watch Mickey Mouse with Two-Bit. Hang at the DX, go to the nightly double. You guys have fought, but have always made up within a few hours.You have fought in rumbles together, helped each other when the other get jumped. You have been there for each other through thick and thin.
One day your brother was going on a date with his new girlfriend to the Dingo. He did not want to go alone so he told you Steve, and Soda to come with dates for a quad date. (That sounds kinda weird but whatever.) You all meet at the dingo. You and your best guy friend from school, Tyler. Your brother and his girlfriend Lola. Steve and Evie. Soda just came because he could not find anyone to bring but still wanted to support his friends. You all eat and talk but Soda is acting a little weird. Not his usual happy cheerful self. He seemed sad. Which made you sad.
After the date you, Lucas (your brother), Steve and Soda were walking back to the Curtis's house to hang with the whole gang. Lucas and Steve are joking around so you walked a little behind with Soda because you want to ask him what's wrong.
"Soda is everything ok you seemed a little down back there."
"Y.....yeah (Y/N) everything is fine" he said looking down at his shoes.
"COME ON SODA" you say sorta loud. He stops because of your sudden out burst.
"I've known you all my life, I know when something is up. Now tell me what's wrong."
" OK, FINE......but you can't tell anyone not your brother, or Steve or the gang. No one at all. Promise." He said.
"Promise." You said.
"I.....I......I like you (Y/N). And I know it's crazy but I have liked you for like ever and I wanted to ask you to go with me to the Dingo tonight but when I was gonna ask you had already asked Tyler." He said a tear slipping down his face. He wiped it away quickly, hoping you don't notice it.
You were shocked. "Soda why didn't you tell me" you said
"I was scared you only liked me as a friend" he said crying a little. You wiped his tears with your thumb. You looked in each other's eyes you were really close. Then you kissed him. It was nice. You both pulled away, grabbed hand, and walked to the Curtis's hand in hand. Soda had the biggest grin on his face. This was a great night.
