Emre Divit sits in his car and watches the hut with trepidation. After his talk with Leyla, he did everything he could to figure out why Sanem ran as far away from Istanbul as she could. He can hear his big brother chopping wood through his open car window. He can also hear the faint sound of Eric Clapton's voice floating through the wind.
Emre smiles softly, thinking about Can's secret love for all things classic rock. When they were children, their baba always filled the house with sounds of music. Aziz played anything from Dean Martin to Motley Crüe. Can gravitated more towards the heavy bass and guitar riffs. He did too for a time until Huma took him with her to Switzerland. Any other genre besides classical music was banned in her presence.
His iTunes account, on the other hand, is another story. He has hundreds of songs in his iPhone that reminds him of his lost childhood. To this day whenever he hears a Beatles song, he can picture his baba and a younger Can running around. He misses it. He misses them. He misses being a part of a family.
Emre finally realizes which band Can is playing: Derek and the Dominos. By Allah, Can must be feeling extra sentimental tonight if he's playing an entire album based on love. Not a lot of people know but Eric Clapton's most famous song was not from his solo album. The entire album was based on Eric Clapton's love for George Harrison's wife, Pattie Boyd. She was the inspiration for his song, Layla. Leyla.. Emre bangs his head on the steering wheel. He's not even going to go there.
The beginning guitar strains of Bell Bottom Blues can be heard coming from the hut. He can assume that Greece was a failure if Can is listening to a song about begging someone to take him back. Emre's had enough of this pity party. He's put off this talk for years now and it's time to beg his brother for his forgiveness. He slowly marches up the steps leading up to the hut. Can is sitting by the fire, looking at pictures.
Emre really takes in his brother's appearance. The last time he saw him was during their baba's funeral and even then, he couldn't look at his brother. The shame was still fresh in his mind and the anger is fresh on Can's. For the first time in four years, they'll have a conversation face to face. He can't help but think of the last time they ever spoke to each other and the anger that radiated from Can. He wonders if it's still there.

Emre's been on edge all day. He gladly volunteered to take care of the business for an extra two days to give the newlyweds some more alone time. The picnic/reception at Agva was a complete success. The bride and groom managed to celebrate their surprise nuptials with the people closest to them. Everything was perfect.
It wasn't. Can called him last night to let him know that they'll be staying at the hut and they'll be late for work. The big reveal to his in-laws was a disaster and Sanem is completely heartbroken over it. She just didn't feel comfortable staying at the house with others when she's completely emotional and upset beyond words. He can understand that. Emre offered to stay at a hotel for a few days but Can said no. They preferred to stay at the hut.
To top it off, Fabri decided to come in today of all days. He knows he has to fess up about his conspiracy with Fabri and Aylin but he doesn't know how to. He deeply regrets getting into business with this asshole, especially after the last debacle that led to his brother being imprisoned.
When he gave Fabri the idea on which buttons to push in regards to Can, he didn't completely understand what he had done. It became shockingly clear when he saw what Can's arrest had done to Sanem. It really put everything in perspective for him. He's acting like a little bitch because his pride was hurt. He needs to fix this and soon. His family needs him.
A commotion outside pulled his attention from his musings. He can hear Can's furious tone along with Fabri's smug voice and Sanem's pleading cries. He ventured out of his office and followed the heightened voices to the reception area. Two security guards are holding his brother with all of their might and are barely hanging on to his gigantic brother. Can is just intent on smashing Fabri's face for the second time from the looks of it.
