Metin finds Can pacing the hallway. At first glance, it looks like he is doing some intricate footwork. Step, step, rock. Turn, step, step, rock, which in itself is odd because Can Divit does not dance. As he walks closer to his brother, he notices a small girl with her legs wrapped around his waist and snoring softly against Can's shoulder.

There was something vaguely familiar about the little girl. Metin can't quite put his finger on it. As he continues to stare at the duo, he realizes everyone within the vicinity looks tense. Can looks like he's about to cry at any given moment. Osman is on the phone with a frantic look on his face. He assumes it's Leyla. CeyCey is staring at the little girl intently. He watches Can pace a few more times when something catches his eye: Divit, Artemis.

Metin looks at the toddler in Can's arms. The little girl with the same wavy hair as the man carrying her. He finally understands why Can holding on to her as if she will disappear from his arms at any given moment.

Oh shit.

Math has never been Can's best subject in school, which is why Emre ran the financials at Fikri Harika. But he's lived long enough to know all about conception and the time it takes for a child to grace you with their presence. Violet is his. He left Sanem almost four years ago. The little angel in his arms can't be older than three, which leads him to an even much worse revelation: He left his pregnant wife behind.

Osman is trying his best to calm down his hysterical wife over the phone. More than once, he's had to stop her from booking a flight to Athens. She is under no condition to fly, especially not when she's this hormonal. Leyla is beside herself with worry for her sister and her niece.

Neither one of them knew Sanem was pregnant when she left and Sanem herself never mentioned she had a child whenever she called. Then again, the calls never lasted more than a few minutes at a time. Sanem usually kept the conversation brisk and clipped. Whatever it is that Sanem is running from, she covered her tracks quite well which leads him to wonder why she went through all of this.

"What else are you hiding, little sister?"

CeyCey is trying his best not to freak out. Throughout the years, he's managed to curb his anxiety, mostly thanks to Ayhan. However, he can feel it rising to the surface. He hears the doctors explain what happened to his dear friend: "hit by a car.. fine.. keeping her heavily medicated for the pain but she's lucid when she wakes up.. no emergency contact on file.."

CeyCey looks at Can, trying to gauge the man's reaction. Every single word that comes out of the doctor's mouth makes the taller man wince. He can feel his boss's guilt, and it's suffocating him. CeyCey walks inside Sanem's room. He still can't believe she's there in front of them. The years have been kind to his friend. She still looks as beautiful as ever. A movement on the couch against the window catches CeyCey by surprise.

"Can.. you need to see this."

Can's looks at CeyCey. As quietly as he can, he enters his wife's room, trying not to wake the angel in his arms. What he sees sleeping on the couch away from prying eyes knocks his breath away. He knows that face anywhere.

The sleeping boy can't be more than three, just like Violet. Can looks around the room for some sort of confirmation. Laying on the floor is a backpack with his name stitched on it: Orion.

His wife had twins.
