“I don’t know Louis,” Zayn whispers.

“We could play dumb but he probably will have the something right in front of him that we were with them,” Liam replies.

“Well we should probably go and see what he needs, maybe it’s not what we think it is,” Niall suggests.

“Maybe,” Harry says standing up walking to where Simon’s booming voice is.

All of the boys cautiously walk into the other room waiting for Simon to yell in their face.

“Hello boys,” Simon says in a very calm voice.

“Hi Simon,” the boys say timidly.

“So what have you been up to the past few days?” Simon asks still being calm.

“N-not much,” Liam stutters.

“Why?” Louis asks trying to cover up that Liam was stuttering.

“I was just wondering,” Simon says.

“Then why did you need us…?” Harry questions.

“Oh just this,” Simon says gritting his teeth and then passes the tablet that has an article that says ‘now all the boys have someone? Why haven’t they told the public yet?’

“I told you to tell them it was a stupid dare and then ditch them! Why didn’t you listen!?” Simon says now yelling at the boys.

“Well, you told us to get our names out there again, this will have people talking,” Harry explains.

“Yeah, but once they think that you are all taken some will ditch your band. There are more bands with attractive boys that are SINGLE. Girls like to have hope,” Simon says angrily.

  “Well, why would we treat our fans like shit? Just say oh yeah we can’t talk again bye.. That will surely get around and it’ll be worse than some ‘fans’ thinking we are dating someone,” Niall adds in raising his voice.

“He has a point,” Ashton chimes in getting a glare from Simon.

“What does your manager think about this?” Simon asks.

“He seems to be fine with it,” Ashton snaps back making Simon cringe a little.

“Well the boys of One Direction have to tell their girls that they can’t go in public with them anymore,” Simon demands.

“Well how about we tell everyone that they are just friends?” Louis suggests.

“Fine, that will do. Do it right now though,” Simon replies sternly.

“Ok,” Niall says whipping out his phone and logging on the twitter.

‘There have been a ton of rumors that we are dating girls, that rumor is NOT true. They are just our friends’ Niall types out and then posts.

Immediately Niall’s notifications start to blow up ‘thank god. I wouldn’t want my boys taken’ ‘Yay, I knew it wasn’t true’ ‘good thing you told us otherwise I was going to kill those girls’ When Niall read that last tweet his heart sunk to his stomach.

Niall’s POV

Do people really think like that? That they want to kill the girls that are with us…. Maybe Simon had a point to this; maybe he knew that girls would want to attack our girls…
