공(Zero): The Tyrant Princess of Kou!

It was just an ordinary day at Magnolia. It's been almost 10 since the great war with Alvarez Empire. And 9 years since the 100 year quest.

Everyone is living happily, as most of our known characters(a.k.a Mira's ships) are married and have kids at the age of 4 or 5.

Everyone was just having fun. Drinking, Chatting, Partying. The usual Fairy Tail day.

When the door suddenly burst opened so hard. So hard that it flew off its hinge and hitting some of the members.

"Kya!" Squealed by one of the poor members.

"Eh?! Touka-chan!" Juvia exclaimed.

The thing that made such a commotion is...

Macao bravely went to the mysterious box and saw all the design, he turned to the guild, bring the box and put it in the table.

"Hey, anybody ordered a Chinese Box?"

One by one, they began to crowd the box. Inspecting it. Like, what the fricking heck is that thing for.

"Hey Good—What the heck is going on there?" The Dragneel Brothers entered the scene.

You see my dear readers. Zeref, or was once Arius, joined the guild six years ago with Mavis. With the lovers remembering everything, the guild accepted him after three long months of proving to the guild that he is a good person.

"This..." Zeref removes the dust that was covering the crest of the box,"belongs to the Kou Empire,"

Like a thunder struck, everyone was frozen in fear. Everyone knows how powerful and frightful the said empire.

But Alvarez always topped them by their power. Even without wars, Kou Empire knows their defeat to the Alvarez that's why they never bothered to wage war.

"Are they invoking a war?"

"Oh god, not here,"

"We're doomed if they did!"

"They have slavery system! I don't want to be a slave!"

"I'm enjoying my freedom here!"

"Hey.. We have Alvarez on our side!"

Everyone began to panic and chat amongst the others.

"No," They began to be quiet as Zeref disagreed to everything they are thinking,"This is from Kou, but the owner of this box... Died a long time ago,"

"Huh? Does it belong to the First Emperor?" Levy asked.

"No... It belongs to the Tyrant Princess," He solemnly said.

"Tyrant Princess?"They questioned.

"Who is she, Zeref?" Happy asked, as he landed on Natsu's shoulder.

"Tyrant Princess is the eldest child of the Ren family, she's the first emperor's niece. Kouen's older sister," Zeref started,"She can be cruel and oppressive as her title says. She was crowned princess by the first and second emperor. Everyone feared her, including me,"

"How did she die?" Gajeel asked.

"She's Princess Yuhuan Ren's daughter, she and the imperial princess was killed many years ago. No one knows why," He said,"Many says that it was the Empress, but who knows,"

He dust off the box even more,"See the initials? X.M.R. It means—"

"Xiaomei Ren," A voice joined them. They looked and saw the beautiful wife of Natsu Dragneel with their three 4 soon-to-be-five year old sons.

"Lucy! How did you?" Zeref looked at her.

"How could I not know my own name," Series of gasps can be heard.

"Own name? Luce what do you mean?" Natsu asked his wife.

Lucy could only chuckle as she sat in front of the box, she caressed the box with care as she spoke,"People have thought I died along with my mother... But alas, who could have thought that Papa didn't manage to burn it off,"

"Wait. So, it's really yours?!" Gray pointed.

Lucy nodded, not looking at them,"Yes, but, I rather hid my origin than telling it,"

"Mama, you can trust us," Her second eldest son, Akio, told her,"We promise it would be only within the guild,"

"Yeah mom," Her youngest son, Igneel, said,"You can beat everyone who tells,"

"Alright," She giggled, and pat the boys in the head.

"Gather around, because I won't be repeating the story twice," She said, and gesture everyone to crowd her.

"Yes, as I have confessed. I am Xiaomei Ren. However due to the accident my mother and I were involved at, we are called Layla and Lucy," She started her tale,"Tyrant Princess is just the title the enemies gave to me. But my actual title is the Undying Star of the Empire, so please do hear this little story of mine,"

"Like what I have originally told you, I am born as a Celestial Mage," She smiled,"Yes, because my mother was actually a celestial priestess of another empire. That empire was the Northern Empire, Yuhuan Xīng is my mother's name, I'm pretty sure you have heard of her,"

Every each of the nodded. Mira stood up and went to the bar to get her a drink. They know who she was. Xīng Clan is the family that rules the Northern Empire, or rather Tiānshàng Empire. She's powerful for her family.

But everyone knew how she became the Lady Wife of the Cold Palace in Kou Empire. And so on and so forth.

"After two years she was married to my biological father. I was a year old when she was moved to the Cold Palace, because of the frames and accusations of Father's concubines. Henceforth, she was called the Lady Wife of the Cold Palace. And I was called the Eldest Daughter of the Cold Palace," She looks down, as Mira returned with her drink, she nodded as a thanks to the woman,"My childhood wasn't the brightest back then. Until... Kouen was born. My little brother... My dear little brother who always brought a smile onto my face. Once father found out about Kouen, he took him away from us.

Kouen knew mother and I's situation, so he did everything he could to clear mother's name while I was away,"

She took a sip of the tea as she continues,"At the age of 5, The First Emperor, my uncle, have sent me to a war, I came back, victorious. Uncle was the only one who acknowledge mother and I, the family from Mother side has never heard of the news... So they never knew. Uncle, as the emperor, crowned me as the official first crowned princess before my younger cousin. I was well-respected. Feared by many. It was all for my mother and brother. On the brighter side, Father and Mother have reconcile, and she was back to being the Lady Wife.

After he died in flames, with First and Second cousin. Father have taken the throne, and once again crowned me the crowned princess. It was supposed to be my mother to be the Empress, but... My Aunt, Gyokuen, sent Mother and I here, in Ishgar, for reasons I don't know.

We got into an accident, Mother lost her memory, Jude found us by chance, and gave us the name Layla and Lucy. They fell in love, and at the age of 9, mother died. You already know the rest,"
