Chapter 41 December 2nd

It was a crisp December morning but it also got colder. Natasha and Lucius made plans to go appliance shopping to buy appliances for the Grangers new cottage. Natasha couldn't believe how quickly it all came together in just a matter of a few months. She was pleased to know the electricity was working all throughout the home. She asked the electricians to stand by cause they were buying brand new appliances for the home this morning when she went to give the workers hot coffee and hot chocolate to drink.

The electricians nodded and told her they were just waiting on the furnace they ordered to show up to provide the Grangers with heat and of course air conditioning Natasha nodded and left the coffee and hot chocolate with the workers. Natasha was up and moving this morning she was already dressed. She was in her black pants with a grey stripe on each side her Rudolph socks her black boots with the treads on the bottom so she didn't slip on ice somewhere she had on her Rudolph tee shirt and her jewelry from Draco. She even had on her long coat with her black gloves and matching hat.

She had her breakfast she was just waiting for Lucius to wake up so she can take him appliance shopping. This morning she wrote down all of the appliances the Grangers would need for their new cottage home that Draco plans on giving them for Christmas. Natasha put her hat and gloves in her coat pocket. Draco had already gone off to work for the day. Natasha had already had breakfast. She had blueberry waffles with butter and maple syrup and crispy crunchy bacon and two glasses of orange juice this morning. She sat on the couch in the foyer just bouncing in her seat waiting for Lucius to wake up.

Narcissa left for her jewelry shop after breakfast. She had inventory to go over and to sell. Willy just announced to Natasha that Lucius was awake and was having breakfast in bed and he'd be down after he's had breakfast and a shower. Natasha was excited she was getting a bit of cabin fever being in the house all day but if she had nowhere to be or didn't feel like going anywhere then she didn't have to. She's been out of work for four months now since August and she hated being home now all the time but Draco promised they'd bond after they had their firsts together but no fights cause they had way too much of that when they were children at Hogwarts.

Natasha donned on her coat again and got on her gloves and hat since Lucius was coming down soon. She wanted to be ready as soon as he came downstairs she didn't want him to be waiting for her while she got her coat hat and gloves on. She even got her purse. She told Lucius they'd need muggle money to purchase the appliances the Grangers would need to use on a daily basis. While she waited for Lucius she wrote down a list of muggle appliances.

Washer
Dryer
Stove with an oven
Microwave
Toaster
Coffee maker

She went over the list she was happy with it. She knew the contractor had ordered toilets and showers and a bathtubs for the cottage and had them installed already. Water flowed throughout the house and the electricity was working just fine. Natasha heard footsteps faintly coming she knew Lucius was coming. Lucius was already this morning dark suit and all. He even had his long hair pulled back and tied into a ponytail. He got on his long coat and his black leather gloves he spoke to Natasha.

"Where's our first stop of the morning my dear?" Lucius asked her Natasha answered him.

"Gringotts bank. We need muggle money to purchase the appliances. By my calculations we should need 40,000 pounds of muggle money cause the appliances are very expensive some of them have gone down a bit since it's the holidays but not by much. I believe the prices went down a few hundred pounds but that's all I e seen them go down. A lot of them are quiet a few thousand pounds. Which is why we'll need lots of muggle money to pay for them plus pay for them to be shipped to the address we give them." Natasha explained to him Lucius nodded and they apparated to Diagon Alley.
