Chapter 45 December 23rd

The next two days were completely busy. Natasha Hermione and Molly made holiday treats and goodies for everyone to consume. Draco was with Jean for days picking out power ballads to play for Natasha when he proposed. He loved the heavy metal love songs cause they were powerful. He had Jean make two CDs for him for the 24th. She even showed him how to use a muggle CD player. Draco learned a lot about the type of music Natasha liked to listen too. The day after they picked up the Grangers Natasha told Draco about the bitch in disguise so he's been extra vigilant he even told his parents about her.

The six of them Natasha Draco Lucius Narcissa Severus and Hermione have been watching Lavender wondering when the bitch was gonna strike they figured it out she was gonna strike on Christmas Eve but didn't know when on that particular day. So they decided the next day to be extra careful. They also wondered where the real Lavender was. They'll question her once they catch the bitch.

Snow was falling at a fast pace today Natasha loved the snowfall cause it was so beautiful. They were supposed to have about 5 feet of snow today which is why it was falling so fast today. Draco's been hard at work decorating the ballroom with his magic making it all pretty for Natasha. He got some snap dragons and put them in cases of ice water he got them in purples and pinks. There's even red poinsettias in the ballroom for Christmas. He added roses in red white purple and in different shades of pink. He made a heart out of red rose petals and conjured up red white purple and pink candles he even conjured up candle jars for them and filled them with water so he can light them up the next evening.

He's also gonna change the water and add fresh water and ice cubes in the big vases for the snap dragons for her. He had been fiddling with the engagement ring in his pocket for the last two days. He couldn't help it he was nervous about proposing. He set the CD player next to an outlet and plugged it in. He had Jean label the blank CDs for him he put one in and closed the lid. He turned off the CD part and was waiting for the right moment to turn it on the next day. He outdid himself with the decorating. He even added peonies in pinks white and purples.

After he and Jean picked the music and burned the CDs Draco wrapped up Natasha's Christmas presents while she was baking with Molly and Hermione. After he was done decorating the ballroom for tomorrow he decided to go to the kitchen. He knew the women were making tasty treats and wanted to sample some of them he saw Natasha dipping pretzel wands into melted chocolate and spoke to her.

"My dark princess can I sample some of the treats you all made today?" Draco asked her Natasha laughed and answered him.

"Of course you can Draco my dark prince. I made you a plate." She told him handing him his plate full of goodies. Everyone was scattered off somewhere or just hanging out in their rooms since it was snowing outside. Draco picked up a cookie and ate it and spoke to her.

"Mmm this is a good cookie my dark princess. I can't wait to sample the rest of the goodies you made." Draco told her Natasha smiled and spoke to him.

"I'm glad you like it Draco. What have you been doing since breakfast?" Natasha asked him Draco answered her.

"I was wrapping up your Christmas presents my dark princess. I haven't had much time to do it until now. I finally finished." Draco told her Natasha nodded and spoke to him.

"Sounds like you've been a busy little beaver Draco darling." Natasha told him smiling Draco chuckled at her comment and spoke to her.

"I have been my dark princess. The rest of the day I can sit back and relax since tomorrow is Christmas Eve. Speaking of which what time are we opening our secret Santa presents?" Draco asked her Natasha answered him.

"After dinner tomorrow night Draco. Dinners gonna be early though it's at 4 instead of 6 cause eating earlier is better for your digestive system." Natasha told him Draco nodded trying some fudge and spoke to her.
