Separation

Penny's POV

The night was going so well. Talon took me to dinner where we shared spaghetti together. I blushed so much when we picked up the same piece. But Talon seemed to want this. So we didn't pull out and we got closer together as we tugged on the spaghetti and then... We kissed.

Talon's POV

I can't believe it, I'm kissing Penny! It feels so amazing, her lips are so soft. I don't want this moment to ever end.

But then it did.

Penny's POV

There standing at the door of the restaurant was my Uncle.

"PENNY! You've been brainwashed by that mad agent, come on we're getting out of here!"

"Please Uncle Gadget..."

"No Penny!"

With that, he grabbed me in his arms and took me out to the Gadget mobile. I looked back at Talon and whispered to him.

"Thanks for dinner."

Talon's POV

So maybe Penny was gone but I still had this night to remember, I had dinner with my enemy, plus we kissed. I flew home that night only to see an even angrier than usual Uncle C.

"You idiot, you've failed this mission, just like any other."

"Well whatever, what if I don't wanna do this anymore."

"You will do as your told!"

At that instant I ran into my room threw myself onto my bed and tried to roll back the tears in my eyes. I saw something under my pillow. It was a letter from Penny! I began reading.

Dear Talon,

I've really enjoyed these past couple of days, and thank you for dinner, it was amazing. I hope we can do it again some time.

Wait, she left kisses. Wow Penny your so cute when you show affection. With that I started writing a letter back.
